Site Manager – Office Refurbishment/Fit Out

Are you a Site Manager with experience in Office Fit out and refurbishment? Are you looking for a new challenge?

Our client, an office interiors contractor, is looking for an experienced Site Manager to work on a temp-to-perm basis on a number of high profile sites.

The ideal candidate needs to have sound experience in office fit out, M&E, with an understanding of the whole fit out process. The candidate must understand drawings and designs and be able to work with contractors to ensure deadlines and budgets are met.

You will also need:
* Experience in a similar role.
* Good eye for detail.
* Strong people-management skills.
* Excellent organisational skills.
* Good level of IT literacy.
* CSCS Card.
* First Aid.
* SMSTS qualification
