Working closely with the Development and Customer Service Team, you will play a key role in being the first point of contact for customers and helping them with their software implementation.

This role is about technology, but it’s more about people and service. You will need to have a passion for technology and an understanding of the principles and concepts, rather than an ability to code.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS ROLE

Experience in software support, consulting, training, or implementation in a service related
sector
Understanding of SaaS and cloud computing
A solid understanding of relational databases
Ideally some MSQL experience and working knowledge of SQL
Knowledge of IIS will be an advantage
Knowledge of .rdlc reports helpful
Experience in troubleshooting software applications
The ability to take ownership and use your initiative
Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent organisational skills
Excellent communication skills – formal and informal

SALARY

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or IT

You will be the first point of contact for the business so you will need to be skilled in incident and problem management. You will be taking on any and all IT issues, challenges and incidents and resolving them in a timely way. You will need to keep in touch with those affected and manage their expectations. You will also be involved in company briefings and training as required.

Duties of the role include:

-Advising on possibles delays in normal service

-Identify training gaps
