Experienced Marketing Executive currently required for a 12 month FTC.

This is an incredibly exciting opportunity to join our award-winning client at their Head Office in Maidstone. The Marketing Executive will become part of the successful Marketing Team, supporting them with a variety of sales and marketing activities.

The Marketing Executive will be required to:

– Lead and manage PR activities for the business
– Manage the group’s social media accounts
– Work with the wider team to organise events and marketing campaigns
– Prepare monthly reports for management
– Maintain an excellent working relationship with external suppliers
– Website management, including designing content and article releases
– Train colleagues on adhering to the Group’s brand through all communications

If you are a motivated and creatively minded individual who is looking for great exposure across creative content, marketing, communications and campaigns this role is ideal for you!

Main requirements:

– A University degree in a related subject
– Previous experience in a similar position as a Marketing Executive
– A CIM qualification (desirable)
– Proven writing and editing skills and an understanding of marketing strategies

This role is being offered on a full-time basis and is to run until mid-2020.

Salary on offer is extremely competitive.

You will be an experienced Marketing Assistant with an analytical approach and audience-first mind-set to lead the content output strategy for the company. Marketing Manager – Maternity Cover

Our client an international manufacturing company are seeking a Marketing Manager to work on a maternity contract. As Marketing Manager, you will execute the relevant tasks outlined in the annual marketing plan. The role will report to the Managing Director and you will have ongoing access to the external marketing and PR agency. You will also have support from a Marketing Assistant who works two days a week.

You will use many traditional and digital communication channels for both lead generation and retention campaigns. You will be responsible for managing the production of collateral and printed materials, managing the company website and coordinating all digital campaigns in line with the marketing plan. Further responsibilities will be to liaise with other team members, suppliers, and clients when needed.
Some of the duties include:

To take the lead in implementing the client’s digital communications plans for both lead generation and customer retention
Social media management, implementing outlined content plan and creating posts, videos and images relevant to target audience
Working with our external PR agency to help coordinate PR efforts by supporting the creation of project case studies, press articles and blogs posts, and uploading final content to the website as necessary
Email newsletters – a campaign focused monthly product promotions, news and Academy updates

About You
You will have excellent written and verbal communications skills, and although a marketing degree or qualification is desirable, proven previous experience in coordinating marketing projects and supporting a sales team is vital.

Previous experience in a marketing role with a focus on digital and communications
A creative individual who is able to adapt to change as necessary
To be able to pro-actively work on own initiative with excellent planning and organisation skills
Experience of using marketing automation software such as HubSpot or similar would be desired but not essential [training to be provided]

Please note this is a 9-12 month maternity contract where a full handover will be given therefore the right candidate must be able to start asap and not have any notice to serve.
