Our client is a leading UK manufacturing business who have been operating for over 30 years and offer innovative products to their specialist industry. Based in Kent they have partners across Asia, the USA and Europe.

The business have gone through rapid growth over the last few years and are looking to strengthen their B2B marketing and improve their corporate and commercial development even further.

The individual joining the team will be responsible for delivering CRM across the company to encourage customer retention and loyalty, implement and execute strategic plans, structure the business in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.

Key responsibilities
*Deciding on the CRM platform structure and architecture ensuring it works seamlessly across the organisation and captures all required information at key points in the customer life cycle.
*Planning and delivering CRM strategies across the company encouraging customer retention and customer loyalty.
*Working closely with all departments to ensure the CRM works effectively for all aspects of the company.
*Overseeing direct communications with customers through the CRM.
*Customer journey mapping analysing touch points with the organisation and maximising commercial opportunities.
*Overseeing the migration of all direct communications to lower cost mediums such as SMS and email.
*Monitor and maximise customer lifetime value strategies ensuring maximum profitability.
*Ensuring the database is segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities.
*Developing testing strategies for all aspects of the CRM to ensure the most effective approach for the company and its products.
*Supporting the team by coordinating and collating content
*Attending shows and meetings as required
*Assisting in the organising and analysis of trade and future retail promotions
*Liaising with customers, ensuring their needs are met in terms of receiving regular updates on new product etc

Requirements
*Previous experience leading CRM.
*Exposure to a manufacturing or product-based business.
*Demonstrable B2B knowledge
*Experience with OrderWise CRM would be very advantageous.
*Drive and have own transportation

We are currently working with an organisation that specialises in providing information related to professional services. They are currently seeking a self-sufficient and proactive Marketing Manager (B2B Acquisition).

As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving and growing the Marketing strategy to increase sales.

Responsibilities of the Marketing Manager will include:

– Developing B2B sales and business development for the company
– Manage client relationships with established media contacts and undertake media monitoring
– Driving Marketing strategy to increase sales
– Creating marketing campaigns (print/web/email/social marketing)
– Improving and having a vision of growth for the company website and keeping the website up to date
– Writing and circulating press releases

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:

– Proof of driving increased sales through Marketing
– Proven experience of B2B sales and business development, ideally in the corporate environment
– Self-sufficient and independent
– Excellent internal and external stakeholder relationship management
– Experience of using digital marketing and social media (Twitter and LinkedIn)
– Experience in using a CRM system and internal database management
– Experience in using design software – Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop would be advantageous
– Great attention to detail
