Digital Marketing Manager

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a rapidly expanding telecommunications provider as a Digital Marketing Manager. You will be working with other Digital Marketing Managers to manage the marketing of different products and brands across the group.

The main responsibilities of the role will include but not be limited to:
* Raising brand awareness across all the groups products
* Taking full responsibility for driving the products forward through online marketing
* Understanding the market place and the products for customer needs
* Driving product awareness through creation and execution of online marketing campaigns and activities.
* Website and content development
* Working with key stakeholders on all strategic planning of online campaigns and co-ordinating marketing activities.
* Make provision for monitoring and measurement where necessary and sharing reports for online marketing activity.
* Driving web, social media, SMS and affiliate marketing campaigns using tools such as Google Adwords and Analytics.
* Market research, competitor and customer analysis

You must have solid hands on in-house marketing experience with the ability to drive awareness for small to medium sized companies working to a strict budget.

Ideally you will have an understanding of the telecommunications industry, but you must have experience of running B2C campaigns with extensive online marketing experience.

You must have excellent communication skills, oral, written and listening coupled with the ability to hold meaningful discussions at a variety of levels across the organisation.

As a person you must be a strategic thinker with the ability to hit the ground running and be able to demonstrate professionalism and integrity in order to portray a positive image of the company. You will be goal oriented, solution focused, results driven, reliable, capable and innovative. You will be structured, organised, and able to meet deadline.

You must be a team player, flexible and have the passion to undertake a key role in order to build successful companies.

The role requires someone with excellent hands on PPC skills to assist with the growing demand in this field from their client base. 80% of your work load for the next 24 months will be focused on PPC, but moving forward there are opportunities to develop your skills in other areas of digital marketing, or refine your skills even further and specialise in PPC.

Responsibilities
*Managing a portfolio of clients paid search campaigns.
*Daily analysis and optimisation of paid search and shopping campaigns.
*Daily management of bids and budgets.
*Keyword research and analysis.
*Creation and expansion of new campaigns, ad groups and keywords.
*Copy writing and ad creation.
*Tracking setup (including tracking codes generation, goals and funnels setup).
*Weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting on activities and results against agreed KPIs.
*Analysing PPC campaign performance and recommend next steps.
*Up to date with industry trends, competitor activity and latest paid search innovations.

The individual
*1-2 years’ strong hands-on PPC experience working with Google and Yahoo/Bing, ideally from an agency background.
*Experience across all areas of digital marketing would be a strong advantage
*Google AdWords certified professional would be preferential, but experience is essential.
*Highly numerate with a strong attention to detail and ability to analyse large sets of complex data.
*Excellent copy writing and communication skills.
*Highly organised with the ability to manage several tasks at once.
*Knowledge of managing budgets.
*A genuine passion for digital marketing.

The role
They are looking for a highly motivated, commercially minded graduate, or marketer to join their marketing team and work closely with their line manager to help drive new product development. This will involve researching, developing and executing assignments to maximise the on-going growth of the brand and products for their international business.

You will be responsible for performing a number of administrative functions in a support capacity utilising organisational, analytical and numerate skills. Accurate and well organised with a can-do approach, you will interact and learn from the team around you, to help you provide a dependable support function within the departments wide marketing sphere.

Key Responsibilities:
*Involved in the supplier side of the business to help refine the existing range and develop new products.
*Liaise with our supply chain in a timely, accurate manner to roll out new products.
*Carry out competitor analysis, customer analysis, consumer research and market research to identify trends and support new product development.
*Co-ordinate and deliver product administration to include but not limited to quotations, samples, specifications, product and sales data, quality management, etc..
*Update and maintain the department’s documentation and databases with regards to the product data.
*Assist with the product packaging development process by proofing with a creative flair and attention to detail.
*Assist with the production of marketing materials and literature by supplying the relevant product information.
*Coordinate the ongoing quality control to test the products for its intended use and make sure it performs up to the agreed specifications and liaise with suppliers.
