Marketing Manager

We are currently working with a healthcare provider.

Due to growth, they are looking to recruit an experienced Marketing Manager to be responsible for guiding the business’ marketing and business development functions.

Marketing Manager responsibilities will include:

*Help to inform and shape the marketing strategy with the Marketing Director.
*Proactively manage the marketing, communications, service department and liaison teams.
*Oversee campaign development to drive business.
*Manage the brand and associated communication to position the business as the ‘go to’ facility in Kent and the South East.
*Develop the marketing, PR and communication strategy to grow already established services.
*Deliver management reporting and ROI metrics on a monthly basis.
*Continually develop the website to drive enquiries.
*Manage relationships with external agencies and partners.
*Management of a full marketing plan and associated budget including purchase order and financial procedures.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:

*Strong marketing and communications experience, including digital and social media expertise.
*Proven track record of creating and implementing marketing plans and feeding into strategies including setting the marketing agenda.
*Strong understanding/experience of inbound marketing.
*Exceptional team management skills across multidisciplinary teams.
*External marketing agency management experience.
*Proven marketing, communications, brand and business development skills.
*Significant experience of working in a growing business with a results orientated environment.
*Strong commercial awareness.
