My client based in the Tonbridge area is looking for a driven telemarketer to join them on a casual basis.

This is a home-based Telemarketer role (must live within a 20-mile radius of Tonbridge). All candidates must have a mobile phone with unlimited calls, a computer/ laptop and have access to a quiet place to work.

The role:
*Telephone calling commercial finance brokers and other commercial people
*A database Excel spreadsheet with names, telephone numbers and emails addresses will be provided
*Follow up emails to be sent
*Follow up telephone calls/ emails
*Daily Activity sheet to be completed of all calls and emails

The Person:
*A professional individual
*B2B experience
*Excellent telephone manner
*Good command of English
*Energetic, enthusiastic and highly motivated
*Persistent, patient and well mannered
*Preferably from a financial services background
*Understanding of commercial aspects

Three – eight days a month (could be more depending on clients requirements)

*2-4 years’ experience in a sales /BDM role.
*Industry experience within CCTV/ Technology Solutions/Automotive industry a strong preference but a sales background and desire to succeed and interest in technology are also factors we look for in talented candidates that we would invest in training.
*Strong communication and people skills, an excellent sales strategy and closing technique.
*Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
*Excellent organizational skills.
*Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
*Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
*IT proficient and comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
*The ideal candidate will be based near the M25 for ease of access for client meetings and the office headquarters in Woolwich, London.

Telesales Agent – Part Time

Currently recruiting for a Part-time Telesales Agent based in the Marden area.

You will have experience in a sales or telesales background, excellent telephone and customer service skills and experience in diary management. You will have proven experience in lead generation.

This role is Monday – Friday. Approx 20-25 hours per week.

You will be calling new clients/customers to generate new business leads for the Directors. You will be setting up those meetings and confirming with both parties so you must be highly organised in diary management as you will be responsible for ensuring the Directors have all the information they need for the client they will be visiting.

You will be highly confident and motivated. You will be happy to be on the telephone majority of the day. This role involves telesales but is not cold calling. Lead generation is about building the initial client/customer relationship.

Salary is £18,000 pro rota.

Having been established for a long time, my client is at the forefront of their industry and are specialists in the manufacture of solutions they export around the globe.

As the Telesales Advisor you will Utilise their CRM system and take responsibility for maintaining and developing further opportunities from their existing customer base and undertaking telemarketing campaigns to designated market sectors to develop new business opportunities for the company.

About you:

– You will have drive, ambition, and determination with a willingness to succeed in a competitive sales environment.

– You will be a good multi-tasker with excellent communication and listening skills. You will be someone who is confident enjoys developing business relationships whether that be new, old or existing clientele.

– A minimum of 1-year proven outbound telesales experience within the B2B sector.

– Preferably a background in industrial sales

The Telesales Advisor role:

– You will be maintaining and developing accounts that are allocated to you
– Cold calling telemarketing campaigns
– Create and identify new business opportunities
– Arrange appointments for Area Managers

For this role performance is key! You must be able to meet call level targets, achieve order and appointment targets and meet the targeted sales volume and margin levels.

This role is a full-time permanent position, around 37.5 hours per week. Salary is dependant on experience. Commission structure will be discussed on the interview.

Due to the nature of the Sales Consultant role, you will be happy to work primarily on your own initially working 5 days across a 7-day rota with weekends required every other week. Hours will be 9.30 -17.30 Monday to Saturday and 10-16.30 on a Sunday.

A full driving licence and access to a car are also key as you may be required to work in different locations on occasion.

In return, the company will offer full training and support and a two-tier bonus structure which provide both a personal on target earning or around £10K and also a company performance bonus paid quarterly.
