We are currently working with a specialist company based in Borough Green, Kent that are a leading independent national online suppliers of bespoke products. The business have a vast amount of traffic and enquiries through their website, and therefore have the opportunity to take on a Senior Sales and Customer Service Executive.

The team are small in size, but busy in workload, so the new addition must be extremely personable, willing to learn all aspects of the business and to work predominantly within the customer services / sales department.

The role includes assisting customers with answers to questions prior to making a purchase and to provide comprehensive after sales support.

It is important that the successful candidate can interact with customers in a polite, friendly and professional manner. Excellent communication skills are essential. It is also important that the candidate can construct emails without making grammatical errors or spelling mistakes.

Core Role and Responsibilities

– Responding to volume queries and questions from customers by email, phone, and in person
– Advising customers who come into the showroom, which may include demonstrating various products and assisting with the fitting of products – full training will be provided
– Liaising with couriers and suppliers
– Assisting across other areas of the business as and when required

Candidate Profile

– Strong verbal and written communication skills
– Dealing directly with customers via email, web enquiry, phone, and in person
– Proactive, organised, and ability to use your own initiative
– Knowledge/background of automotive – preferred
– Competent computer skills including accurate data entry

Office hours are Monday to Friday 9 am to 5.30 pm

Borough Green and Wrotham railway and bus station is within 200 yards.

Free onsite car parking is provided.

Borough Green is a vibrant community with a selection of shops and café’s etc all within 300 metres from the office.

We are currently working with a leading National Construction business, who, due to growth are seeking an Internal Sales Executive to join their team.

The Internal Sales Executive will work closely with the Branch Manager to provide all customers with an outstanding level of service whilst proactively growing branch sales and profit.

Responsibilities will include:

*Building and maintaining excellent relationships with existing clients, understanding their business needs and ensuring relevant products are promoted and ultimately supplied.
*Proactively seek new sales opportunities within existing customer portfolio.
*Following company procedures when completing associated sales documents.
*Liaise with suppliers.
*Supporting the Branch Manager and wider team to ensure a smooth operation.

We are working with a leading business that is seeking an individual to support the business development function.

This individual will be responsible for identifying and generating business opportunities through gathering strategic information with key prospect groups through telemarketing, social media and email contact.

This initially starts as a temporary role, which will transfer to a permanent role for the right individual. They require an individual to have no or a short period of notice to be able to start immediately.

Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm (40 hours per week)
Pay is dependent on experience

This opportunity can be based in Gillingham in Kent or Horsham in Sussex, but you must be prepared to travel between them when required.

Responsibilities
*Identify and research key players and develop tailored strategies to generate interest.
*Create relationships with key players to identify their needs and qualify their interests and viability to drive sales.
*Nurture leads with tailored messaging to increase understanding of company offering and unique differentiators using relevant support assets.
*Generate appointments for relevant sales personnel when a lead reaches a qualified stage.
*Ensure all activity and information is recorded in the CRM system and is kept up to date and accurate.
*Follow-up and qualify inbound marketing leads.
*Attend trade shows and other networking events as required.
*Analyse working methods and practices and identify and put forward suggestions to improve outcomes.
*Working with sales team to form strategic attack plans for big prospects and helping execute them.
*Travel to other office locations as and when needed

Requirements
*Experience in telemarketing, business development, sales environments essential
*Degree would be beneficial in a business-related field
*Proficient in English – Oral and written
*Knowledge of CRM’s is essential, Netsuite would be preferred
*Good knowledge of MS Office – Word, Excel, Databases etc
*Must be tenacious and persistent and not knocked off-course by knock-backs
*Clear, concise and confident communicator
*Able to think logically and structure answers
*Proficient in business conversations and have a consultative approach
*Trustworthy and high integrity
*Extremely self-motivated with a diligent work ethic
*Must have own transport and a clean licence
*Able to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
*Able to listen to customers, understand their needs and ask clarifying/ probing questions

Leading digital communications company are actively seeking an Account Manager to join their growing sales team of 3.

They are looking for an Account Manager ideally with a telecommunication background to create long-term, trusting relationships.

As the Account Manager your role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients, and actively seek new sales opportunities.

An understanding of hosted telephony, skype for business, Microsoft Teams, and SIP will be a huge advantage.

– Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role
