Field Sales Executive

Our client, an industrial cleaning company based in Kent, is looking for a Field Sales Executive with B2B experience to implement a rapid growth sales strategy throughout the county.

You will be responsible for identifying new leads, developing relationships with key decision makers and introducing new clients to the business. You will have strong closing skills and be able to build rapport with new people quickly and easily.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the key benefits of the products and services in face-to-face sales meeting and on the phone whilst maintaining a healthy commercial relationship between new client accounts.

Key Responsibilities
*Generate and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
*Exceed new client targets for our services
*Ensure a smooth implementation stage / migration from another service by coordinating and liaising effectively with the client
*Deliver effective B2B sales meetings to senior management figures.
*Manage your own diary and produce sales and activity reports.
*Provide insight and knowledge via feedback from the marketplace to help us constantly evolve our services.

The right candidate:

You will be an active contributor to the sales strategy and be expected to provide detailed feedback from the market to help the business shape its offerings.

Because this is a field sales role, you will need a Full UK Driving Licence and your own vehicle.

You will have a proven track record in generating new sales with a minimum of 1-2 years experience in a Sales or Business Development role.

Experience at selling at Director / C-Level is desirable but not essential

You must have excellent communication skills, reporting straight to the directors with your activity and, for the right candidate, this will become a permanent position.

Duties include

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
*To support our proactive and enthusiastic marketing team to update and enhance the current CRM system
*The focus will be quality and quantity of outgoing calls
*To follow a script to ascertain relevant contacts for accounts
*Complete all relevant fields of Microsoft Dynamics for reporting purposes
*Sort daily Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL’s) to ascertain whether a valid lead for sales
*Filter Sales Tool leads, follow up and raise activities for sales
*Ensure CRM data is updated post Email campaign
*Assisting with CPD and marketing admin as required
*To help develop product and market knowledge to aid promotion of the brand
*This is not a hard sell role, but you will be expected to develop the business and meet targets.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
*Minimum 6 months office based sales experience, preferably in a business to business environment
*Proficient with Microsoft Dynamics CRM system is preferred
*Skilled in the Microsoft Office Suite
*Accomplished at building rapport
*Self-motivated with a willingness to work on their own
*Maintain a customer focused approach at all times
*Takes ownership of actions
*Aptitude and past experience of the business environment is vital.
*A full clean driver’s license and vehicle is essential due to location of premises.

We are currently working with a leading manufacturer near Staplehurst who are looking for an Inside Sales Executive on either a full time or part time basis.

Standard hours are 7.30am-4.30pm, Monday-Friday. But they are open to part time hours including school hours.

Responsibilities:
*Deliver sales results from an allocated customer portfolio in line with company objectives and growth strategy.
*Show appropriate team behaviours through acting as an exponent of the company mission, vision and values.
*Use call planning to focus on high potential accounts and prospects.
*Execute the sales and marketing strategy to target key accounts.
*Negotiate customer proposals, ensuring effective and timely communication between internal departments and customers via telephone, email and other office communications.
*Update all systems and CRM when any contact is made with a customer or prospect.
*Deliver on Key Performance Indicators based on call activity.
*Develop customer relationships to grow account spend through upselling and cross-selling.
*Report directly to the inside sales manager who is responsible for coaching and personal development of the team.
