Reception/Administrator

Based near Ashford in Kent, this is a busy reception/administration role working for a thriving company!

Reporting to the Administration Supervisor duties are as follows:

Answer Phone calls.
Taking payments.
Meet and greet customers and visitors at the reception
Outgoing phone calls recollections / payments.
Filing and admin routines restock/invoices.
Registrations of web customers.
Processing sales order paperwork.

Hours 0730-1700, Monday to Friday, Must have own transport
Good administration skills and a confident telephone manner are required
Working knowledge of popular IT software (outlook, Excel etc)

Digital Marketing Manager – Paid Media

Digital Marketing Manager – Paid Media, Ashford/Remote

We are recruiting for a dynamic Digital Marketing Manager with a Paid Media specialism to join a small but expanding Digital Marketing Team and work on a portfolio of high-profile accounts.

The role reports into the Head of Digital Marketing and we require someone who can work autonomously. This will require you to be an expert in Paid Media and have held a reasonable budget for this area. They must also have a good understanding of Search Engine Optimisation, Analytics and Business Intelligence.

They offer flexible home working, but you will be required to be within a reasonable commute of the office to attend meetings when needed.

As well as a very competitive salary the client offers 34 days holiday, pension, gym membership and PDP’s.

Job Role
As Digital Marketing Manager, you are expected to be able to work across marketing disciplines and will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery and optimisation of client activity in 3 key areas:

1.Paid Media (Must be an expert in this area)
*Setup and management of paid search campaigns across Google and Microsoft Advertising
*Setup and management of paid social campaigns across Facebook, Instagram and Twitter
*Setup and management of display campaigns across Google and Microsoft Advertising
*Setup and management of audiences across all platforms
*In time looking to take paid media management to the next level, it will be vital to deliver efficiencies using Google Ads scripts or third-party tools such as Adzooma or Adalysis

2.Search Engine Optimisation (Need to have a reasonable understanding of this area nut not to technical delivery level)
*Interpretation of website quality audits
*Manage the delivery of keyword research for existing client web pages
*Manage the delivery of keyword gap analysis for client websites
*Manage the delivery of client content marketing plans

3.Analytics and Business Intelligence (This is preferred but not essential and can be learnt on the job)
*Management of Google Tag Manager containers
*Management of Google Analytics properties
*Definition and build of standard and bespoke reports in Google Data Studio

I am working with a leading business based in Ashford who are seeking a Qualified Accountant to join their business and focus on R&D tax relief projects. This leading organisation are Tolley prize winners who have been expanding rapidly over their 6-year lifespan.

Ideally this will be a part-time role, but they could look at full-time options for the right person. This is initially a 12-month contract but there is a chance it could be extended into a permanent opportunity thereafter.

If you are a qualified (could consider part-qualified) Accountant with a practice background who would like to have one of the big practices on your CV without having to travel to London, then this could be the ideal business for you.

To fulfil this role it is essential you have experience of owner managed businesses and corporation tax. The main aspects of the role will be to ensure and maintain the tax quality and integrity of the reports and claims that the team prepare for clients. You will support clients in claiming the research & development business tax incentives provided in UK. This role will require you to work in close collaboration within a team-based and consultancy environment. Key responsibilities

they satisfy the requirements of the applicable business tax incentive

Skills and attributes
· University degree or strong professional or academic writing experience
· 2-4 years of client facing work experience
· Strong interest in technology and innovation
· You must feel comfortable discussing technical themes with clients in a personable and professional manner
· You must have the ability to swiftly adapt to and learn about different technologies, such as: defence, robotics, industrial manufacturing, automotive, chemical production, civil engineering, mining, oil & gas, food & beverages.
· You interact readily with technical professionals, have outstanding interpersonal skills and excel in producing eloquent and concise summaries of information
· Strong attention to detail and first-time accuracy is essential
· You have excellent spoken and written formal business English, communicating clearly and concisely in phone calls and via email
· You are proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications
· Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines

I am working with a leading business based in Ashford who are seeking a Coordinator to join their business and focus on R&D Tax Relief projects.

This position would suit a data analytical individual as you will be working with large dataset, complex databases and large volumes of numerical information in varying formats.
If you have an accounts based background and/or education such as AAT/ACCA, or some knowledge of corporate tax and how it works this would be beneficial but not essential.

This job will be very varied, but key daily tasks will require you to have great MS Excel skills. You will be looking at client accounts and calculating the qualifying expenditure for all R&D claims. The role will have a significant contribution to the start of the client journey, so if you are someone that likes a challenge, can maintain a good attention to detail in a busy environment and likes looking at large amounts of data, this role is perfect for you.
