KHR Recruitment are looking for up to 5 Customer Experience Advisors for a temporary assignment with an established busy in the Ashford area.

This is being offered for 2 weeks initially so is perfect for students before they return to uni or anyone looking for some extra money over the busy summer months! May become an ongoing assignment for the right people and dependent on client requirements.

The Customer Experience Advisors will join a busy team, undertaking B2B Market Research for a number of market leading businesses.

They will be required to call businesses and to gather information/run surveys regarding customer service and system experiences.

To be suitable for this role you must be immediately available, professional and articulate and proficient in computer, Microsoft and system use.

Hours of work will be Monday-Friday (+ maybe some weekend working) 9am-5pm.

Pay will be £8.50 per hour.

Production & Design Senior Controller – Publishing

We are currently working with a leading Kent based media/publishing company.

Due to ongoing growth, they are currently seeking a Production & Design Senior Controller to join their team based in Ashford.

Reporting directly to the Production & Design Manager, the Production & Design Senior Controller will assist in setting up a new production and design team.

The team will be responsible for the advertising production and some advertising design for all magazine titles looked after by the business. You will run the whole process from copy chasing, copy setting and ensuring all deadlines are met.

The Production & Design Senior Controller will be responsible for:

Work with the production team to ensure all copy is chased and deadlines are met for a busy sales team.
Liaise with clients to chase advertising copy, by phone and email and update relevant databases.
Check advertising copy thoroughly.
Amend and design artwork for clients.
Proof and check pages before going to press.
Ensure all pages are sent to press correctly.
Liaise with sales, printers and repro on a portfolio of magazines.
Ensure schedules are managed and met, accommodating changes if necessary.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:

A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar production role.
Experience in workflows.
Experience of working in a highly pressurised, fast paced environment.
Experience of Indesign, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat.
Knowledge of both Macs and PC’s are essential.

I have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Accountant to join a wonderfully unique company based in the Ashford area. After a very successful year, they are now looking to expand their accounts team. This is a newly created role and would suit an ambitious, highly motivated individual looking to develop their existing skills.

You will be responsible for the following:
*Month-end
*Responsible for budgets, cash flow and preparation of monthly accounts
*Analysis
*VAT and returns
*R&D tax credits calculations
*Lease and license agreements
*Management of a subsidiary business with limited transactions
*Manage all aspects or reporting
*Improve and implement accounting procedures

You will work alongside the accounts team and manage the day to day operations of the Accounts Department which will include: Expenses, accounts payable, sales invoices and bank reconciliations.

The ideal candidate:
*AAT Qualified (Desirable)
*SAGE experience
*Excellent Excel skills
*Strong organisational skills
*Strong leadership skills
*A proactive individual
