We are currently recruiting for a leading European design/manufacturing company centred around the retail sector.
Due to ongoing success, they are currently seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join their team based in Aylesford, Kent and be primarily responsible for the operations of the UK office.
The role will involve all aspects of operations including ERP maintenance and ownership, health & safety awareness, facilities management (including cost management), on boarding for new starts including presenting information to company groups along with supporting other offices based in Europe.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a solid operations background and be energetic and ambitious and looking for a new challenge to develop their career. You must have experience using Outlook, sequel server, Mac and Microsoft, have knowledge of warehouse and assembly management, manufacturing, supply chain and outsource and you must have previous experience of the retail sector.
