Our client is a leading UK provider of PPE and Hygiene products.
Due to ongoing growth and success, they are currently seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager to join their established Marketing team based in Birmingham.
The Sales Account Manager will focus on building the company’s digital channel allowing customers to trade online.
Responsibilities of the Sales Account Manager will include:
Delivering profitable sales online.
Ensuring the business has the appropriate digital platform to drive growth.
Work with internal teams and external suppliers (SEO, Marketing etc.) to drive digital sales growth.
Work closely with the Head of Marketing to build, deploy and measure marketing activities that generate sufficient lead generation activities.
Put in place a digital sales and marketing plan to drive growth.
Develop a trading plan to support profitable growth of this digital channel.
Assist with the development and implementation of budgets and produce regular reports on performance.
Work closely with the customer service and sales teams to ensure excellent customer service levels.
Work with Procurement, Group Product Management and Finance teams to select, price and market products.
Work to sales and marketing KPI’s.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
A solid and successful background in digital channel management and marketing with a focus on sales and category experience in a number of difference businesses.
P&L ownership experience.
Experience of working with third parties, eg. agencies.
A tenacious and proactive approach with the ability to produce outstanding results.
Fluency in Spanish would be advantageous but not essential.
