Property Manager
Chatham

£20,000-24,000 per annum (OTE £24,000 – £28,000)
Depending on experience (to be reviewed after the 3 month probation period)

Property Manager Responsibilities:
*Providing advice and support for Landlords and Tenants
*Organising and overseeing maintenance
*Deposit Releases
*Implementing solutions to issues identified from inspections
*Knowledge of regulatory compliance

Property Manager Requirements:
*Experience in Lettings (Essential)
*Full UK driving license and own vehicle
*Well presented with good attention to detail
*A friendly personality and be able to connect with people
*Motivation to improve and exceed on targets
*Wanting to develop yourself and your career

This is a Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm role including every other Saturday (with a day off in the week in lieu)

Customer Service Manager

Our client is a fast expanding business based in Chatham who have recently merged with another growing organisation. They are currently seeking a Customer Service Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities will include:
– Leading a Customer Service team
– Training of your team, covering all area’s such as products, phone call training and internal systems
– To monitor activity
– Product changes to be actioned
– General Customer Service/Administration such as answering telephone calls, email correspondence, order placing, returns, complaints and order queries
– Priortise workload ensuring that Customer expectations are met
– Monthly 1 on 1’s with the Customer Service Team – setting objectives and tasks/monitoring KPI’s

Person Specification:
– Team Management skills
– 3 years minimum in Customer Service Management
– Strong Team Player
– Planning and organisation skills
– Interpersonal skills
– Positive, driven and enthusiastic
– Being able to work part of a team as well as on your own

The hours for this role are 8am – 5pm (Monday to Friday).
