Business Analyst

We have an exciting role to work with a leading business who have been operational for over 150 years. They have steady YOY revenue growth and are looking for a Business Analyst to join them in their Yield and Revenue team.

The role
The position will be focused on maximising the yield through the effective use of the company’s yield and revenue management tools and business analysis.

To complete relevant analysis of visitor volumes, revenues and competitive positioning, ensuring the highest level of integrity and quality at all times.

To work with colleagues in the marketing and sales teams to develop, introduce and review special offers and campaigns.

Requirements of the job
*Optimise revenue via:
-undertaking regular analysis, forecasting and management reporting
-ensuring the integrity and quality of the pricing and inventory is at the highest possible standards
-ensuring that the strategic objectives of the company are reflected in the tactical pricing on all departures
-working with the marketing and sales teams to ensure that special offers and campaigns are targeted at the right audience and at the right price
*Providing/supporting pricing recommendations
*Collating various relevant statistics and producing adhoc reports – as and when requested
*To provide analysis of the success of pricing offers/strategies
*To regularly review pricing procedures
*Analysis of competitive positioning.

Knowledge & Qualifications
*A proven record of delivering high standards of data analysis and business modelling
*Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
*Ability to handle pressure and to work calmly in a pressurised environment
*Excellent oral and written communication skills
*A graduate in either a mathematical, IT, science or business related discipline
*Ability to demonstrate a high level of numeracy and IT skills OR prior experience of working in the Yield and Revenue Management field.
*Microsoft Office-Excel/ Word/PowerPoint/Outlook, Business Intelligence – Business Objects and Tableau Desktop experience.

The role
*Responsible for supporting brand marketing team colleagues on PR initiatives, promotional and sponsorship activities, offline advertising, content development and marketing events.
*Assist with the implementation of PR activities across Europe including press trip organisation, CSR, PR stunts, projects and initiatives.
*Assist with the management and delivery of marketing events, sponsorships and promotional activities, plus offline advertising campaigns.
*Assist with the production of marketing content and the implementation of brand marketing projects.
*Liaise with external agencies.
*Support PR manager with crisis management.
*Ensure campaigns and projects across marketing are fully supported.

Knowledge and qualifications
*2+ years’ experience in marketing, PR or campaign management.
*Experience in PR activities.
*Excellent English language skills.
*Excellent communication and organisational skills.
*Experience in writing marketing copy is desirable.
*Experience in offline media, promotions, event management is desirable.
*Marketing, Creative, or Business degree or professional qualification is desirable.

Food and Beverage Compliance Manager

We have an exciting role to work with a market leading business who are looking for an experienced Food and Beverage Compliance Manager to join the team. You will be responsible for developing operations and procedures in the hospitality and catering teams. You will manage the physical execution of the food and restaurant from concepts to implementation. You will manage the training and the recruitment of all staff as well as food safety and hygiene management.

Role Responsibilities:
* Ensure that the restaurants and promotions are displayed and well marketed to maximise sales
* Ensure menu items are aligned across all restaurants and implement promotions
* Ensure in-store marketing assets are changed, installed and placed in the right locations and provide feedback to marketing on possible adjustments.
* Coordinate with Head Chefs to ensure that the hospitality staff serve all food to the specification every time, and to take a best practice approach across all restaurants
* Train and onboard staff in standard operating procedures and sales
* Develop training packages to improve staff engagement with customers to improve the
service experience and capture new sales.
* Train staff in SOP’s and best practice across all restaurants, to ensure all food and beverage products are served to standard every time
* Act as the liaison for the restaurants so challenges can be fed back to Management in a timely manner.
* Ensure all outlets operate to the high standards designated by legislation
* Ensure the Food Safety Policy is adhered to and audited.
* Organise and be present for audits and announced Food Safety Inspections.
* Conduct internal audits and reviews to ensure compliance of all standards relating to Food and Beverage operations.

Knowledge & Qualifications:
* Have a good understanding of Food Safety law and policies.
* Strong organisational skills.
* Ability to work on numerous projects at the same time.
* Good understanding of how to create a good dining experience for customers.
* Strong communicator and facilitator to implement changes with kitchen and serving staff.
* The ability to develop relationships and be diplomatic to bridge gaps in an organisation.
* Solid track record in developing top-line growth for a quick service or full-service restaurant.
