Field Sales Executive

Our client, an industrial cleaning company based in Kent, is looking for a Field Sales Executive with B2B experience to implement a rapid growth sales strategy throughout the county.

You will be responsible for identifying new leads, developing relationships with key decision makers and introducing new clients to the business. You will have strong closing skills and be able to build rapport with new people quickly and easily.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the key benefits of the products and services in face-to-face sales meeting and on the phone whilst maintaining a healthy commercial relationship between new client accounts.

Key Responsibilities
*Generate and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
*Exceed new client targets for our services
*Ensure a smooth implementation stage / migration from another service by coordinating and liaising effectively with the client
*Deliver effective B2B sales meetings to senior management figures.
*Manage your own diary and produce sales and activity reports.
*Provide insight and knowledge via feedback from the marketplace to help us constantly evolve our services.

The right candidate:

You will be an active contributor to the sales strategy and be expected to provide detailed feedback from the market to help the business shape its offerings.

Because this is a field sales role, you will need a Full UK Driving Licence and your own vehicle.

You will have a proven track record in generating new sales with a minimum of 1-2 years experience in a Sales or Business Development role.

Experience at selling at Director / C-Level is desirable but not essential

You must have excellent communication skills, reporting straight to the directors with your activity and, for the right candidate, this will become a permanent position.

Our client is a fast paced wholesaler supplying a fantastic range of product in to retailers and direct to consumers. The business started nearly 35 years ago and has grown into a multinational operation supplying to over 40 countries around the world.

They have doubled in size in the last 4 years with plans for further growth. Aside from good career opportunities and the chance to work with a growing international organisation, there is also an array of excellent benefits that the company offers.

They require an ambitious part time Finance and Business Analyst to join them and work with the Financial Controller and Operations Director providing that essential business partnering link between Finance and Operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:
*To manage and manipulate financial and operational data to provide insightful management information to enable the board to fully understand the business and make key strategic decisions.
*Developing a suite of meaningful KPI reports, evolving them continuously as the need to understand the business is ever changing.
*Maintaining and creating SQL queries and functions.
*Ownership of the operational accounting of the business (Stock, revenue, costs of sales, commissions, rebates, pricing)
*Reconciliations, forecasting and budgeting
*Exporting and compiling of product data from Sage 200
*Analytical review against history/expectations
*Ensure integrity and accuracy of the underlying data in Sage 200 by reviewing, developing and implementing robust and effective policies and processes.
*EU VAT data analysis and reporting
*Ad hoc reporting requests

Requirements
*SQL skills must be of a high level and you will be tested on this. You will need to understand and use with confidence JOINS, UNIONS, CTE’s, CAST, HAVING functions as well as being able to understand database structures.
*A recognised accountancy qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) or studying towards
*Strong IT literacy – understanding of databases, advanced excel & SQL skills
*Sage 200 experience would be beneficial
*Strong numerical skills and ability to handle large amounts of data
*A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
*Having worked in a manufacturing, wholesale or product based business would be advantageous.
*International exposure would be beneficial (EU VAT etc)
*The ability to confidently communicate with the directors and management

They are currently recruiting for a Digital Marketing Specialist to be based in their UK office in South Kent. We are looking for a generalist who also has excellent SEO skills to drive this aspect of the marketing forward.

This role would suit an individual early in their career with a digital marketing/agency background, looking to take their next step and enjoy additional responsibility/autonomy and skill progression.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
●You will take lead on all search engine optimisation (SEO) across all the sites, on page and off page.
●Implement a successful ‘go live’ process that will be used when new websites go live.
●Maintain and monitor websites; Identifying, diagnosing and resolving any Technical SEO issues including 404 errors, crawl errors, robots.txt file, sitemaps, missing alt attributes and so on.
●Migrate existing websites to a new CMS or URLs structure, including 301 redirects and http to https
●Conduct keyword research to use for SEO and PPC campaigns.
●Write compelling unique title tags, meta descriptions and h-tags across all sites.
●Keep up to date on SEO best practices and Google Algorithm updates.
●Analyse website performance using Google Analytics and other tools, making any recommendations for improvement.
●Maintain, optimise and expand current Google AdWords and Bing Ads accounts.
●Monitor all websites where our brand appears, ensuring all content and data is correct.
●Assist with new product copy creation.
●Assist with optimisation of current product copy.
●Increase conversion rates for company websites across multiple marketing channels
●Create a roadmap for future website improvements
●Work with external developers to prioritise and implement future improvements for company websites or bug fixes
●Work with internal marketers to drive revenue across multiple channels
●Write copy for key landing pages Requirements:
●2 years experience in an SEO / PPC role.
●Experience of technical, on-page and off-page SEO.
●Experience with website analysis using Google Analytics.
●Knowledge of keyword tools including Google Keyword Tool.
●Experience working with Google AdWords and Bing Ads.
●An up to date, working knowledge of current SEO trends and algorithm updates.

Desirable:
●Google Analytics Certified
●Google AdWords Certified
●Magento 2 experience
