My client is seeking a professional Spanish speaking Accounts Assistant to assist with the support of all financial administrative duties. This will be an ongoing temporary position and for the right candidate may become permanent.

This is a great opportunity for someone to work alongside a friendly, hard-working team and become a valued member of staff.

You will be required to cover Accounts receivable, Accounts Payable and Expense administration as well as Credit Control.

The role:

– Process high volumes of invoices, cross-checking for errors and claiming credits
– Bank Reconciliations
– General administration
– Ensuring any disputes are resolved in a timely manner
– Credit Control duties
– Account payable/ receivable

The Accounts Assistant will also be required to demonstrate the following abilities:

– Good knowledge or MS packages including Word and Excel
– Strong attention to detail
– A can-do attitude
– Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise own workloads
– A Strong team player

Forklift Counterbalance Driver

My client based within distance to the Gravesend area is looking for an experienced FLT Counterbalance driver to join their growing team.

Specialising in the storage and distribution from Worldwide Exporters, Growers and Importers, my client has an expertise in delivering to Wholesale Markets in the UK.

Role requirements for the FLT Counterbalance driver:

A minimum of 3 years consecutive FLT Counterbalance driving experience
To be physically fit
Flexible to work shifts (no night work, however overtime may be required)
Ability to work any 5 days out of the 7
High motivation levels
Ability to work in a team as well as independently
Passion and drive
Be happy to complete other tasks or duties in the Warehouse if required e.g. if another member of staff was off sick and you needed to assist with their duties as well as your own.
Be reliable and hard-working at all times

This is a temp-to-perm position paying £8.67 per hour. This is a great opportunity to work within a hard-working, friendly environment, within an established company that will allow you to grow and give you the ability to develop at a fast rate.

Due to the nature of the role, if you are successful for interview you will be required to sit a FLT assessment with my clients Assessor.

Steel Toe Cap boots and a Hi Vis Jacket are mandatory PPE requirements.

Our client specialises in the storage and distribution from Worldwide Exporters, Growers, and Importers with expertise in delivering to Wholesale Market in the UK, and they are looking for a Warehouse/Breakdown Supervisor to join their expanding team.

This role requires you to have knowledge of the FMCG sector, a minimum of at least 3 years in a Supervisory role, previous pack-house experience, and good math skills.

You will be responsible for a team of around 4-9 people. You will be given training on the system my client uses, therefore, you will need to ensure you are someone who is a fast-pace learner and can use those skills taught straight away. You will need to be organised, have knowledge of Health and Safety Regulations and ability to work to tight deadlines

You must be willing to learn all areas of the business, essentially covering other staff member roles if required. You must be reliable, hard-working and most of all flexible.

Overtime can occur in this role so you must be happy to potentially start earlier or work later in order to complete the tasks required.

This role will be Sunday-Thursday 12pm – 9pm. The client has expressed that they will try to give alternate weeks if possible, and this can be discussed further at interview.

The salary for this role is £26,000 per annum, with the benefits of 28 days holiday.

There could be the chance for progression with this client if work performance is proven.

They are based within a distance to Gravesend and are currently looking for an exceptional Warehouse Operative to join their growing team.

The role is temp-to-perm and is shift patterned so you will need to be flexible. There are no night shifts, but this role will include weekends.

Due to the nature of the role and environment you will need to have Steel Toe Cap boots and a Hi Vis jacket.

You must have previous Warehouse experience. Duties can vary from anything like production, quality and stock control, picking, packing, labeling and cleaning.

Pay rate is £8.67 per hour.

Due to the location and hours you maybe working, you will need to have your own transport.
