Claims Handler – Credit Hire

Based in Sidcup this established Claims Management business are keen to hire an experience Credit Hire Claims Handler to join their growing team.

The Role

– Manage hire requests
– Liaise closely with the FNOL team
– Manage full hire from commencement to completion
– Produce accurate payment packs and issue to the third party insurer
– Liaise with credit control team
– Update customers on the progress of her claims

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will meet all of or a majority of the following criteria:

– Previous motor claims experience
– Credit hire experience
– Previous call handling/ call centre environment
– Liability negotiation
– Strong communicator

Offer & Package

In return a basic salary of £18,000 – £23,000pa will be offered.

Hours of Work:

Monday to Friday 9.00am – 17.00pm
