As an enthusiastic individual, this is your opportunity to join a busy Marketing Department reporting directly to the Marketing Manager. Together you will be collaboratively responsible for POS, in house marketing material, Customer Events and Customer communication as well as assisting with the administrative side of the Company’s website and Social Media platforms.

Role Responsibilities
– Assist in the production of all POS in line with managers requirements and adhering to the templates
– Assist in the production of in-house marketing material using Adobe InDesign and
Photoshop graphic design software programs – including pop-up banners, large
format posters and leaflets
– Provide practical hands-on support to the Marketing Department in planning events and continually look to contribute ideas and enhance the overall customer
– Support in the creation of emails to our customer database, obtaining appropriate
links/photography, proofreading and checking everything works for all
– Provide administrative assistance and creative input on the website and social
media platforms, ensuring content is accurate, up to date and that every opportunity to promote events/products is maximised
-Assist in the production of press releases and co-ordinate their delivery via liaison with local media network
– Available to work additional hours as required when necessary (for events)

Required qualifications & experience
– Must have at least two years’ previous experience in a marketing department
– Must have experience using Adobe InDesign and Photoshop graphic design software to produce high quality print-ready promotional material
– GCSE Maths & English to C or equivalent
– A high level of computer literacy
– Competent user of Microsoft Word, Excel &; Outlook
– A high level of verbal and written communication skills is essential
– An ability to effectively communicate with team members at all levels including
senior management is essential
