Customer Services Administrator (Quality Control)

A wonderful client with a fantastic product range is seeking to recruit an experienced Customer Services Administrator (with exposure to quality control) to join their organisation.
The role will require you to handle various QC related customer service queries whilst undertaking the following tasks:
*Supporting in any crisis management as required
*Undertaking and supporting product and process improvements to correct, and eliminate recurring problems
*Support the resolution of customers complaints
*Placing orders and organising returns/collections
*Supporting the QC Department with ad-hoc tasks as required

Previous skills and experience required:
*Previous office-based customer service experience
*Display exemplary customer service skills
*Quality control experience would be a distinct advantage
*Be proactive and demonstrate initiative
*Display first-rate communication skills (verbal and written) both internally and externally
*Demonstrate a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, and Outlook
*Be flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities
*Have achieved a minimum of Grade C in GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English

Data Entry Clerk (Laboratory) – Temporary

We are currently working with a market leading UK manufacturer of specialist products.
Due to ongoing success, they are currently seeking a temporary Data Entry Clerk to join their team based in Sittingbourne and work in a laboratory environment.

Data Entry Clerk responsibilities will include:

*Collecting, unpacking and sorting lab samples from the early morning.
*Logging sample information quickly and efficiently.
*Delivering samples for extra testing to an onsite subcontractor.
*Liaising with customers to answer queries and reporting sample results to customers.
*General laboratory admin tasks including regular reports, minute taking, filing, safety tasks etc.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:

* High degree of computer literacy including the use of programmes such as Excel and Word with good spreadsheet and database expertise and fast/touch typing.
*High attention to detail and excellent data entry skills with minimal mistakes.
*Friendly and personable with excellent communication skills to give professional customer service.
*Good technical understanding and practicality.
*Confident, competent and can be trusted to work quickly and efficiently in a team and alone.

This is initially a temporary assignment for a Data Entry Clerk but could potentially turn into a permanent position. Hours will be Tuesday to Saturday 5am to 1.30pm.

Administrator

Recruiting for an Administrator based in the Sittingbourne area for a well-established big company.

The role of Administrator is a full time permanent position and you will need to drive due to the location.

About you:

– You will have excellent knowledge of Microsoft office
– You will be computer literate and have good attention to detail
– Excellent customer service skills
– A strong personality

Weighbridge experience is desirable but not essential as training will be given. Previous administration and customer service experience is essential for this role.

Rotating shift patterns of 1 week 6am – 4pm and 2nd week 12pm – 8pm and the occasional Saturday.

You may on occasions be required to cover their second site which is close to the main site you will be working in. This could be covering sickness/annual leave.

The Administrator role is paying between £20,000 – £21,500.
