Finance Executive key skills:
– Dealing with a variety of currencies
– Deal with petty cash reconciliation
– Entry of purchase invoices on Paprika
– Handle bank entries and bank reconciliations
– Running Month end processes
– Monthly financial reporting.
– Handling budgets
– Excel and Word

The preferred candidate for the Finance Executive role will be conscientious, have excellent attention to detail, be a team player, able to use own initiative and experience gained in a similar role.

Administrator Coordinator

Due to expansion a unique opportunity has arisen for a dynamic administrator to join this fantastic organisation.
As a Relocation Coordinator you will have excellent telephone manner, superb inter personal skills and be able to work unsupervised. You will also be computer literate and maintain a high degree of administrative accuracy.
Reporting into the project manager you will be responsible for coordinating the door to door household goods shipments with a high level of customer service to senior corporate personnel and their families moving across the globe.
You will issue quotes, oversee the packing process from initial survey through to delivery and unpacking. You will also deal with any issues following unpacking and subsequent claim procedures as well as much more coordination during the move process.

Working in a small friendly team you will be able to relate with your colleagues, previous experience in a service or related industry would be a distinct advantage. You must be willing to work long hours if required too.

Our client, a Xero Gold Partner general practice, are looking for an ACCA accountant for a long term and challenging position. We are looking for a highly competent professional, with a broad range of experience in an accountancy practice.

The role will include:

– Overseeing and Managing a portfolio of interesting clients
– Communicating with clients face to face, via Skype and in writing
– Managing the Southborough office and overseeing all practice activity
– Review and manage bookkeeping, preparation of management accounts, VAT returns and financial accounts.
– Preparing cash flow forecasts and budgets
– Advising clients on business planning, bookkeeping, accounting procedures, VAT , taxation and NIC.
– Increasing efficiency and ensuring effective turnaround of jobs within the practice.

Part-Time Finance Manager

We are currently working with a marketing leading agency, established for over 10 years. During the last year, they have doubled their client base and have significantly grown their team and are now seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join the business on a part-time basis.

The Finance Manager will manage the day to day accounting functions (invoicing, bill payments, cashflow, budgets etc.) and develop a financial reporting suite providing the business with the relevant financial information to enable timely, factual decision making to help grow the business.

Responsibilities will include:

*Manage day to day financial needs of the business including invoicing, payments, wages, pension, bank reconciliation, SAGE management, budgets, cashflow, VAT filing and other legal obligations.
*Develop a financial reporting suite which is presented monthly to the leadership team and then the wider business that will enable the company to make decisions based on true financial fact/impact.
*Identify and implement ways of managing cashflow and getting the best return on any assets.
*Liaising with the company Accountant for the creation of the year end accounts.
