We are looking for a Sales Administrator to work in our clients newly refurbished offices just outside Tunbridge Wells, Kent. This role sits in support of the sales and accountancy teams and will include some general office duties. this role is for 3 MONTHS ONLY.
Duties of the role include:
– Assisting with all paperwork generated from sales enquiries, compliance and accountancy
– Answering telephone calls and enquiries from customers
– Handling internal requests efficiently
– Updating relevant records
– Creating order numbers and distributing paperwork for invoicing.
– Co-ordinating between sales and accounts departments
– Responding to email enquiries
This role would suit someone seeking office experience or someone in between roles. It would suit a confident, charismatic and sociable person who works well in a team.
The ideal candidate will:
-Be IT literate, including Microsoft Office and Outlook
-Have a high standard of written and oral English and Maths
-Office experience in sales, admin, customer service or accounts
-Have a full driving licence and vehicle, due to rural location
-An awareness of general Environmental Legislation is desirable but not essential
