Are you a Client Services Manager with a passion for delivering excellent customer service? Do you have people management experience and a background in Financial Services?

Our client, based in Tunbridge Wells, is seeking an experienced and hands-on Client Services Manager to oversee all aspects of their service delivery. You will be managing a team dedicated to servicing customer requirements and administering customer accounts. You will be responsible for management reporting and monitoring systems and processes to ensure your departments efficiency.

Duties of the role include:

– Management of all client services staff, including development, appraisal, training and discipline.
– Implement and monitor industry or legislation changes to procedure and systems
– Ensuring daily workload is completed in alignment with agreed service levels
– Ensuring your team/department meets company compliance practices and is compliant in all actions
– Maintain an up to date knowledge of HMRC practices and procedures
– Maintain relationships with IFA sources of business
– Manage the quotation quality process
– Provide reports to Head of Operations
– Deal with complex administrative cases and refer to Head of Operations where necessary
– Plan and maintain resource capacity, skills and knowledge requirements

This role would suit someone with a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role, and experience in a Life and pensions. This role can be part time or full time and the client is open to contractors.

The ideal candidate will have:

– A background in life and pensions
– FA2 and CF1 qualifications as a minimum
– Knowledge of compliance and contract law
– Understanding of the principles of Treating Customers Fairly
– Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
– Process analysis skills
– Staff/Team management experience
– Planning and project management skills
– An enthusiastic and positive outlook
– An analytical mind

Administrator

Are you an organised, efficient and hardworking Administrator available for a 12 month fixed term contract? Do you have experience of working in a financial services environment?

Our client, based in central Tunbridge Wells, is looking for a Pensions Administrator to join their busy client services team. You will have worked in financial services and have an understanding of the principles of Treating Customers Fairly.

Administrator duties include:

– General Administration of customer accounts and records on the company CRM
– Dealing with the process of forthcoming maturities
– Providing accurate quotations for customers
– Handling Pension claims, annuities, lump sum payments, transfers and deaths. Practicing excellent customer service throughout.
– Answering queries and questions from customers in a timely way, on the phone.

This role would suit an Administrator with experience in financial services, preferably Insurance.

This role is a 12 month fixed term contract, with the potential to become a permanent position.

The ideal candidate will have:
– Worked in Pensions or life assurance in the past (desirable)
– Recent and relevant experience in office administration (essential)
– Competent IT skills
– Excellent communication skills
– Excellent customer service skills
– An organised approach to work

Inbound Customer Service (Nights)

A new opportunity has arisen for an Inbound Customer Service Advisor to join a leading business based near Tunbridge Wells.

Please note that this will require night working only, perfect for someone looking to juggle work around a busy home life! The right candidate will have the option to work from home (equipment provided) after an initial training period.

The Customer Service Advisor will need to be confident speaking on the phone as you will be required to answer a high number of inbound calls.

You will be expected to maintain exceptional levels of customer service at all times and should be able to deal with all enquiries quickly and effectively.

This role is being offered on a temp to perm basis.

Night shifts only! Working 4 nights out of 7 (one weekend shift included). 10pm or midnight starts.

Paying £9.00 per hour.

Our client based in Tunbridge Wells is looking for a Systems developer to help with the development of a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and the development of an SQL database. This challenging new position will see you playing a key role in the support of these databases and working closely with suppliers, technology partners, colleagues, senior management and internal customers to resolve complex issues quickly.

Duties of the role include:
-Develop and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
o Build solutions and patches
o Configure new processes, entities and views
o Troubleshoot issues
o Maintain the environments
-Development and support of Microsoft SQL databases
o Migrate and instantiate databases
o Create new structures and routines
o Build and maintain interfaces between systems
o Troubleshoot issues
-Development of internal applications using the Microsoft stack
o Build and maintain WebForm Applications
o Build and maintain Web Services
-Identify opportunities and implement technical solutions in order to rationalise the legacy systems and Databases.

The ideal candidate will have:
-Experience of C# / VB.Net, ASP.Net, MS SQL, JavaScript and HTML/CSS
-Experience in the Microsoft stack including IIS
-Knowledge of version control systems such as TFS
-Knowledge of the full development life cycle.
-Experience of working with Microsoft Dynamics and SharePoint, Office 365 and Azure.
-Experience of writing, and working to, functional and technical documentation
-Technical experience of implementing, supporting, diagnosing & resolving ICT issues to an advanced level.
-Experience of liaising with third party solution providers.
-Knowledge of Project framework methodologies such as Agile, Prince etc.
-Experience of working within an ITIL-based (Helpdesk) environment.
-MUST HAVE HND in computing & systems development or equivalent experience.
-Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD) Certification is desirable but not essential
