The Role
As an account executive you are ultimately responsible for conducting the majority of the day-to-day account execution and administration. This includes completing all support tasks as directed to execute the strategies and activities as detailed by your account managers/directors, and ensure your accounts are well organised and structured in terms of time.

Client Delivery and Strategy:
*Identifying publicity opportunities as directed
*Ensuring press coverage is captured and delivered to clients in a timely fashion
*Participating actively in meetings, including assisting in the preparation for the meeting and in presenting elements as directed
*Participating in presentations to existing clients and at new business pitches
*Liaising with clients at a junior level in a confident manner and build good working relationships
*Developing useful and relevant business contacts
*Developing ability to be able to brief all suppliers such as designers, photographers, and printers in a knowledgeable and precise manner
Media Planning and Execution:
*Managing the end-to-end process of press release distribution and follow ups
*Helping to sell in items to media as directed, verbal and written
*Making verbal approaches confidently to all journalists – consumer, business-to-business and trade – to sell in ideas and discuss opportunities
*Assisting in the organisation of events; ranging from workshops, photo calls, press conferences, and training days etc. on behalf of clients
*Writing coherent and factually accurate press releases that require minimal amends from seniors and clients
Administration:
*Producing internal copy for newsletters, internal briefings and notice boards
*Handling all administration for accounts including filing, press cuttings etc. to ensure the smooth running of the business
*Assisting with content creation for the social media channels

Key experience
*An interest to work in PR / some PR experience
*Qualified to degree level in a PR or similar field
*Experience and understanding of the agency environment would be advantageous.
*Ability to influence through effective communication
*Good writing and proof reading skills
*Strong attention to detail and accuracy
*Ability to work flexibly and prioritise workload
*Team player with a positive attitude
*You will be able to travel when required to meet new and existing clients

Temp Desk Coordinator

Due to the growth of our temporary workforce, we are looking for an experienced proactive administrator and payroll assistant to support the efficient running of the temporary desk and manage the associated weekly payroll administration.

The ideal candidate will be;

A numerate, confident user of Excel and a payroll system, able to learn quickly, undertake responsibility and prioritise own busy workload and able to work to targets and strict deadlines. A confident telephone manner and an outgoing personality.

We are looking for someone with drive and a sense of urgency who can multitask a varied workload. The role will be fast-paced and involve the following, with the aim of increasing numbers of temps working.

Responsibilities include;
Entering of new starter documentation
Coordinating pension arrangements for temps
Liaising with temporary workers to obtain/chase relevant registration documentation
Creating and maintaining accurate personnel records, record leavers, create P45s
Entering pay rates, checking/inputting timesheets
Calculating temp accrued holiday pay

Speaking to current and potential temporary workers about current assignments and checking their availability
Contacting temporary ad response, searched candidates to discuss roles and book in to register or to register online
Face to face candidate registration / interviewing
Managing the Temps available database
Coordinate reference requests / DBS checks / compliance for assignments
Print and compile temp registration packs

Customer Service Advisor

Our client is and established and growing company with smart offices in Tunbridge Wells. Due to a new project, an urgent requirement has arisen in their Call Centre to hire a number of temps to start in April.

You will be responsible for:

Calling customers to get their thoughts on the recent promotion material they’ve been sent.
Logging the outcome on a spreadsheet and database.
Responding to any queries.

Candidates that apply must be able to start in April and ideally have some previous Customer Service experience. You should be polite and professional on the phone and happy making a number of outbound calls each day.

Project Manager

Our client is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join the delivery team for one of the largest growing property developers and investment companies in Kent. Must have property development/project management end to end and looking to settle and develop their career.

With over 200 years jointly in property the successful candidate would have the required assistance to ensure the highest of results. In return this great organisation offers a generous package.

The following is an outline of the requirements for the position:
*Minimum 3-5 years in similar role with project management for the development seen through end to end including planning.
*Take overall responsibility and ownership for delivering all project outcomes from pre-works to handing over keys for sale, including progressing planning, budget, timeline and quality, to deliver on the project demands and wishes
*Assist in identifying, evaluating and maximising the development potential on new and existing sites
*Utilise the organisations project management model, ensuring decision gates are completed fully and correctly with clear recommendations, and signed off in a timely manner
*Communicate fortnightly updates on timeline, budget, risks and variations to the Project Sponsor and Head of Delivery with clear recommendations
*Mitigate unforeseen risks to the timeline, quality and budget
*Ensure the project team (as per DG2) are fully engaged in their responsibilities throughout the entire project
*Deliver decision gates across all projects on time
*Supporting all departments and provide information needed to achieve overall objectives including producing weekly and monthly project reports
*Lead or participate in regular meetings with the project team, architects, planning consultants and other professionals as needed and ensure agreed actions are completed
*Hold contractors to account with regular visits to construction sites to ensure works are being completed to plan
*Manage the change control procedure and issue project manager’s instructions for all variations
*Facilitate the JCT contract agreement
*Monitor Health and Safety on site and fulfil the responsibilities and standards of our client.
*Review and approve all project invoices
*Produce a cashflow forecast for handover to the accounts department pre-commencement of site
*Take progress photos on site, at minimum on a fortnightly basis and store in appropriate project folder
*Arrange cover in times of holidays or absence
