Reception & Office Assistant

KHR Recruitment is currently looking for a Part-Time Office Assistant & Receptionist to join a well-established Professional Services firm in the Tunbridge Wells area.

This will be a part-time role and is perfect for someone who is looking to work afternoons and secure that perfect work-life balance!

The role will be split between reception duties and assisting with the day to day running of the busy office.

Responsibilities will include:

(Office)
– Archiving files in a timely manner
– Co-ordinating retrieval requests
– Accurate data entry
– Ensuring all documentation is compliant with company and industry guidelines

We are looking for a Sales Administrator to work in our client’s newly refurbished offices just outside Tunbridge Wells, Kent. This role sits in support of the sales and account management teams and will include some general office duties. This role is for a three-month minimum period and may become permanent for the right person.

Duties of the role include:
– Assisting with all paperwork generated from sales enquiries, compliance and accountancy
– Answering telephone calls and enquiries from customers
– Handling internal requests efficiently
– Updating relevant records

Cleaner (Commercial/Industrial)

I am currently working with a well- established retailer who require a Commercial Cleaner to maintain their site in Tunbridge Wells.

The Commercial Cleaner will be required to maintain the cleanliness of the large warehouse and office space.

The ideal individual will have previous experience working as a commercial cleaner, ideally have cleaned within an industrial environment have the ability to work a full day, without tiring.

As the Commercial Cleaner you will meet the following criteria:
