Our client is currently looking for a Client Relationship Co-ordinator to become the first point of contact for new potential clients when they are seeking information on the company products and services which they provide. To excel in this role you could come from a motor industry background (i.e. car sales), have a keen interest in technology and vehicle technology, or be someone with business client management experience with a compelling sales personality, and a hunger to chase and close new business from cold calls and inbound warm leads to support the lead Business Development Manager’s sales marketing strategies.
The role of Client Relationship Co-ordinator is a high energy client facing role for an ambitious sales lead generator with an upbeat and proactive personality able to support a business development manager who you will be supporting close deals. We are interested to hear from highly driven candidates who will make a success of this role as (uncapped) commissions apply.
Client Relationship Co-ordinator Job Description:
*Able to cold call and relationship manage existing clients whilst developing new ones for the business.
*Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
*Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
*Researching organisations and individuals to find new opportunities.
*Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
*Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
*Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
*Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
*Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
*Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
Business Development Manager Requirements
*Bachelor’s degree in business, or related field/ alternatively we would consider 3 -5 year’s experience in a client facing business relationship manager or sales background within the automotive or motoring /CCTV/ Technology Solutions industries.
*Strong communication and people skills
*Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
*Excellent organisational skills.
*Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
*Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
*IT proficient and comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
*Must have a full driving UK license (clean preferred).
