We have an excellent opportunity for a motivated and energetic Account Manager to join an internationally successful family-owned business. You will need to proactively build and maintain trusting relationships within your portfolio of accounts, big and small, to continue revenue growth and ensure client retention. You will be a key ambassador for the business, ensuring an enjoyable experience from start to finish.
If you have experience in Account and Client Relationship Management then we’re interested in your potential, skills and talent.
Full training on the business’s portfolio will be provided in order for you to hit the ground running.
Your role will involve getting on site with client visits and managing the retention and renewal of the existing client base. To excel in this growing business, you’ll be required to have:
*Proven track record in Sales/Account Management/Customer Service required
*Excel, Word and CRM/Database management experience required
*Excellent written and verbal communicator
*Conscientious and self-motivated
*Good organisational skills
*Reliable, punctual and efficient
*Eye for detail
*Presentation skills desirable
*Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work in an international environment
*Full clean driving licence
