This a fantastic opportunity to work for a leading supplier of a variety of B2B equipment and products; with a corporate, modern office based in Horsham.
The key aim of the Customer Service Executive will be to manage existing and new clients accounts, making sure their individual requirements are met, and that they are fully satisfied with the service you provide.
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Executive include;
– Providing outstanding customer service
– Monitoring and managing new and existing accounts
– Processing and checking orders
– Liaising closely with clients both over the phone and via email
The ideal candidate will have;
– Outstanding customer service skills
– Account management experience
– Strong verbal and written communication skills
– Call handling experience
Working hours are Monday to Friday 8.00am – 17.00pm
Pay rate: £8.00 – £10.00ph
