I am currently recruiting for one of our most trusted clients who are looking for a Part-Time temporary Accounts Administrator to join their fantastic team.

The successful candidate will ensure all invoices for the services division are raised and sent to purchasers and also to provide a credit control function.

Part-Time Accounts Administrator Main Duties:

To ensure all activities are invoiced in a timely manner on receipt of information from finance officers, department administrators/managers, and account managers/officers
To ensure all credits notes are raised in accordance with the information supplied from account managers/officers

Part-Time Accounts Administrator

Key Skills:

Able to use accounting software
Ability to input data accurately; good eye for detail

This assignment is initially for 3 months, with the view of extending or potentially becoming perm.

This is a 2/3 days per week position, a total of 9 hours a week
