Are you an experienced Administrator looking for a new and exciting challenge?

An excellent opportunity has arisen to join one of our market leading clients on a permanent basis.

You will be joining a friendly, hard working team, have the opportunity to grow and develop within the business and be a valued/ key member of staff.

Your key responsibilities will be:
– Prepare new SDS (Safety Data Sheets) and maintain existing SDS, ensuring documents are up to date and accurate
– Issue SDS in a timely manner in accordance with internal / external requests
– Support the business/commercial team with documentation needed for regulatory compliance
– Advise internally on products regulatory matters (under the guidance of Global Regulatory Mgr)
– Undertake new regulatory compliance’s as may be needed (under the guidance of Global Technical Director)

Additional Admin General functions:
– Updating accounting spreadsheets – Excel skills essential
– Collecting documents necessary for various VAT returns
– Collating order paperwork and filing
– Possible help with credit control, ie sending emails with invoices attached
– Helping out with customer support

Key requirements for this role:
– Confident communicator – Verbally & written
– Strong Administration skills
– Organised and efficient
– H&S background desirable but not essential

This is a full time Monday – Friday role. 9am-5pm or 8am-4pm.

Planning Administrator

We are working with a highly prestigious building design company based in the heart of the West End. They are looking for an organised and dynamic individual to support their planning department with various administrative duties.

This is an incredible opportunity and would suit a career driven individual looking for a new and exciting role.

Responsibilities:
– Providing technical administrative support to the design teams
– Project administration
– Maintaining and updating client files
– General admin (Scanning, printing, copying)

This fulfilling role would suit an organised individual who possesses the following:
– Advanced Microsoft Office skills
– Attention to detail
– Ability to prioritise and work under pressure
– Excellent communication skills

Previous admin experience within the architecture industry is desirable but not essential.

This is a Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm role.

Admin Assistant

Administration Assistant – IT Department
3 month contract

We are looking for an experienced administrator who is a proactive self-starter. The
role will be supporting the Portfolio Office Coordinator in the following areas:

– Maintaining up-to-date calendar of key project governance meetings, ensuring
the key people and resources are available and creating the appropriate
agendas.
– Producing reporting packs for the executive level governance meetings
– Recording minutes and actions from meetings, review with stakeholders and
distribute to the groups. Follow up late actions with individual stakeholders.
– Supporting and assisting with IT recruitment and staff management activities,
including booking interviews, appraisals and writing up documentation and
letters.
– Managing the IT time sheet management tool; monitor and approve
submissions, produce monthly statistics and amend and review categories in line
with changing business activities.
– Providing assistance to the rest of the IT department in a general administration
capacity, booking meetings, training, travel arrangements etc.

The ideal candidate:
– Proactive self starter
– The ability to use own initiative
– Quick learner and team player
