We are recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join our client’s processing team in West Malling. As a not-for-profit organisation, our client is looking for a fantastic team player with a keen eye for detail to work on a temporary, 12 week basis.
Duties of the role include:
-Processing client requests in line with standard procedures
-contacting clients to verify or obtain information
-communication,internally and externally, both written and verbal
-using online diary to schedule tasks
-Other ad-hoc admin duties as required
The ideal candidate will
-have 2-3 years office admin/customer service experience (minimum)
-have a great telephone manner
-be friendly, approachable and flexible
-be happy to take on tasks outside your remit
-be able to spot mistakes and prevent complaints or issues from occurring
-be accurate and complete tasks in a timely way
