Our client are seeking an Office Junior or Administrator to join their busy admin department.
This position includes all the typical administration roles you would expect in a small office environment.
In addition, there is scope to develop outside the pure admin role for those showing the aptitude to do so. All successful candidates will have a thorough and rigorous personalised training package to aid their development within the Company.
SKills required to be the Administrator:
*Well organised, with exceptional attention to detail
*Used to working to tight deadlines
*Thorough working knowledge of the Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
*Excellent telephone manner
*Clear and legible handwriting
*Strong communication skills
*GCSE educated or equivalent in English Language and Mathematics
Other requirements include:
*Ability to communicate at all levels
*Pleasant, polite, courteous and confident
*Experience in an office environment
*Full UK driving licence and preferably own transport
*08:30 – 17:30 Monday to Friday with breaks for lunch
Payment and benefits:
*From £20,000 per annum
*Health insurance (after qualifying period)
*30 days holiday including bank and public holidays per year
*NEST Pension contributions (if eligible)
