We are currently recruiting for a specialist academic and education provider based in Norwood, that is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic temporary Administrator (temp to perm) to join a small, friendly office environment.

The ideal candidate must be computer literate and have great attention to detail. You will be providing support to the General Manager, data entry, processing payments, and other general Admin duties.

Key skills of preferred applicant:

– Computer competent
– Experienced in Excel and Word
– Organised and good timekeeper
– Great attention to detail
– Customer satisfaction driven
– To have a strong desire to learn to add value to the company
– Be able to think outside the box and to make decisions individually.
– Professional telephone manner

Norwood, London
Hours are 9am – 5:30pm (Monday – Friday)
£18,000pa + benefits

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Parts Administrator to join a market-leading company based in the Maidstone area. This is a fixed-term 8-month contract and for the right candidate will go permanent.

You will be joining a friendly, hard-working team, have the opportunity to grow and develop within the business and be a valued/ key member of staff.

The role:
– Answering all customer calls
– Responding to emails
– Managing engineers diaries
– Ordering parts for repairs
– Stock control
– General administrative duties

– Computer Savvy

Desired qualities:
– Experience in a similar role
– Knowledge of the reactive engineering industry

This is a Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm role
