QC Analyst

We are currently working with a leading FMCG business based in Paddock Wood.

Due to ongoing growth, they are currently seeking a QC Analyst to join their established team.

The QC Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the ongoing product quality and adherence to ISO accreditations and the internal Quality Management Systems.

Responsibilities will include:

Analysis of samples using analytical chemistry test methodologies
Investigation of non-conforming samples, data evaluation and reporting
Follow and update Standard Operating Procedures for use of laboratory equipment procedures and investigation protocols
Testing raw materials and finished goods as part of Goods In/Out product release
Trending of results and statistical analysis of incoming goods
Update maintenance log for cleaning and servicing of equipment
Update company technical documentation including QC SOP’s and records
Maintain own training record for laboratory, regulatory compliance and Health & Safety
Check and report stock levels
Maintain all QC laboratory equipment as per maintenance schedule

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a successful background within a lab based QC role. Knowledge of the food/FMCG sector would be advantageous along with knowledge of HACCP, BRC and SOP’s. Full-time or part-time hours are available for the right candidate.

Full-time – Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm
Part-time – Monday to Friday 25hpw

Temporary Data Analyst / Data Administrator

Pay is dependent on experience
40 hours per week Monday – Friday
Circa 6-12 weeks

Our client supply products to the front line services. They are looking for a highly experienced data analyst / administrator with good customer service skills to join them on a temporary basis.

We require a quick learner who is system and process savvy. This requires an analysts who is happy to also do data administration, data entry and customer service work.

* Good data analytical skills
* Good data entry / data administration skills
* Excellent business based customer service skills
* Polite, professional and personal communication via phone, email and in person
* Prior exposure to database and CRM systems
* Excellent Excel skills
* Excellent spelling, grammar and numeracy skills
* Experience in a dispatch or logistics environment would be preferred
* Quick learner
* Due to the office location you would need to be a driver.

The individual will need to be available to interview and start ASAP.
