Trust Administration Assistant

This is a great opportunity to join a highly regarded full-service legal practice.
Due to expansion, my client is looking to grow their private client department by adding to their support team.

We would be keen to talk to candidates who are looking to build on existing skills in a similar environment and would especially welcome candidates who have worked in a private client department.

Duties are as follows:

-Providing administrative support and secretarial support
-Making and handling telephone calls
-Preparing documents to record trustee decisions
-Assisting with bank account management
-Processing actions following trustee decisions

Required skills and experience:

-Strong IT skills
-Legal administrative background
-Experience in Court of protection, personal injury or deputyships would be advantageous
-Strong organisational & communication skills
-Ability to work independently and in a team
-Positive and proactive attitude

Private Client Legal Secretary x2

We would be keen to talk to candidates who are looking to build on existing skills in a similar environment and would especially welcome candidates who have worked in probate and or tax planning.

Duties are as follows:

-Typing Legal documents
-Scan, email and fax correspondence
-Managing Fee earners diaries
-Organising meetings
-Answering telephone
-Providing additional support to other staff and department’s when needed

Required skills & experience
– Excellent IT skills in particular Excel
– Legal secretary experience in a private client department
– Strong organisational and communication skills
– A positive and proactive attitude
– Ability to work well in a team and independently
