We are working with a reputable Solicitors based in the North Kent area who pride themselves on high quality service, tailoring each service they offer to their client’s needs.

They are rapidly expanding and are looking for an experienced Legal Secretary to join their family department. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and very well organised, conducting themselves in a professional manner at all times.

Your key responsibilities will be:
– Audio dictation
– Preparation of all documents, including legal and court forms
– Preparation of bundles
– Diary Management (organising meetings and client apps)
– Meeting and greeting clients
– Telephone liaison and handling queries with clients and third parties
– Opening files and money laundering ID forms
– Filing, scanning, photocopying and e-filing

Ideally candidates have experience/ knowledge in Legal Aid work including Matrimonial, Divorce, Adoption, Child Care issues/ proceedings, Children disputes, Domestic violent and Family Financial Property Arrangements.

They are rapidly expanding and are looking for an experienced Legal Secretary to join their Private Client department. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and very well organised, conducting themselves in a professional manner at all times.
Your key responsibilities will be:
– Preparing estate accounts
– Typing wills
– Typing LPAs
– Typing Codicils
– Probate knowledge
– IHT Forms

Knowledge of digital dictation, Land Registry Portal, BigHand, Oyez Froms, Excel and Partner 4 Windows would be an advantage.
