We are currently working with a leading FMCG distribution company based near Tenterden, Kent.
Based near the rural and scenic town of Tenterden, this family run company have a vast number years trading history, and at present require an experienced Payroll Clerk to assist their Account, and HR Managers with all payroll requirements.
The responsibilities of the part-time Payroll Clerk will include, yet not be limited to:
– Run both weekly and monthly payrolls for both hourly paid and salaried staff including
overtime and expenses (fuel and overnights for drivers etc)
– Processing statutory payments including SSP, SPP, SMP, Tax and NI
– Adding starter and leaver information
– Processing P11d’s, P45’s and P60’s
– Producing ad-hoc weekly and monthly reports
– Assisting with ad-hoc payroll duties when required
– Payroll experience
– SAGE knowledge
– Strong communication skills
– Computer literate
Salary and Hours
£10.50 – £11.50ph (£21,500pa)
Part-time 21 – 25 hours per week – 9am – 5pm
