Sales Administrator (Commercial Vehicle)

I am currently working with a well established Commercial Vehicle company in Sittingbourne looking for a Sales Administrator. The preferred candidate must have experience in a commercial vehicle environment (preferably in Administration), excellent customer service skills and great computer skills including Microsoft program knowledge.

Responsibilities will include:

– Liaison with suppliers and customers
– Updating the sales team
– Communication with finance companies
– General Administration duties
– Issuing Purchase orders
– Vehicle Order Processing

The hours of work are 9am – 5.30pm (Monday to Friday).

This is a 6-month maternity cover contract, with the potential for it to be extended.
