Business Analyst

Are you an experienced Business Analyst? Do you have proven experience implementing technology solutions?

We are currently working with a reputable and established Insurance company to join their Project Management team in their modern Kings Hill offices.

Due to ongoing growth, they are currently seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join their experienced team.

The Business Analyst will work within the Project Management team as a major contributor to the implementation of change and project delivery across the business.

Responsibilities will include:

*Thoroughly understand the needs of the business and develop technical solutions to
help meet those needs.
* Work closely with the Project Management and Development teams to implement
effective business process modelling and workflow structures
*Evaluate and analyse business processes using all available data.
*Build solid relationships with key business stakeholders
*Liaise with third parties where relevant to devise solutions, highlighting any
opportunities or risks with the proposed recommendation.
*Identify areas of improvement within the current applications and business practices
used
*Work closely with the Project Manager to prioritise deliverables.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:

* Experience working as a Business Analyst
*Experience of customer interfacing, project oversight and customer presentation
*Knowledge of broking system integration projects
*Knowledge of data analysis tools, modelling techniques and methods
*Ability to translate technical requirements to the business and confident dealing
with varying levels of stakeholders
* Previous experience working in a conveyancing/ insurance environment

On Offer

£38,000 – £42,000 + Benefits

Monday to Friday 9am – 5.30pm
