Inside Sales Executive

We are currently working with a leading manufacturer and distributor of specialist heating products.

Due to growth, they are currently seeking an Inside Sales Executive to deliver annual revenue and profit results from an assigned customer and/or geographic portfolio in support of the company objectives and growth strategy.

Responsibilities:

*Deliver sales results from an allocated customer portfolio in line with company objectives and growth strategy.
*Show appropriate team behaviours through acting as an exponent of the company mission, vision and values.
*Use call planning to focus on high potential accounts and prospects.
*Execute the sales and marketing strategy to target key accounts.
*Negotiate customer proposals, ensuring effective and timely communication between internal departments and customers via telephone, email and other office communications.
*Update all systems and CRM when any contact is made with a customer or prospect.
*Deliver on Key Performance Indicators based on call activity.
*Develop customer relationships to grow account spend through upselling and cross-selling.
*Report directly to the inside sales manager who is responsible for coaching and personal development of the team.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:

*Industry or other relevant sales experience is preferred
*Sales qualifications E.g. ISMM
*Understanding of sales methods into re-sale channels
*Experience of delivering training in technical products and ability to understand detail
*Proficient with Microsoft Office and cloud-based CRM
*High energy, driven attitude
*Consistent organisational and time-management skills
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills especially empathetic listening
*Passion to build relationships to change a onetime customer into a promoter

An experienced retail product sales manager who has delivered European product sales growth predominantly with the ability to both develop and execute a growth strategy. Existing contacts in large retailers and distribution networks would be of benefit along with market knowledge and the tenacity to search out the players in the market would be a given.

Key Duties/Responsibilities
* Work with a team of sales and marketing representatives based in East Kent to assist them in developing their brands across the European market.
* To develop country specific growth strategies for products.
* Responsible for the compilation of sales and marketing plans and growth strategies
* To visit customers and develop long-term partnerships.
* To keep up-to-date with market developments and strengthen the customer relationships
* To monitor competitor activity

Experience
* Sales and marketing experience into European retail markets
* B2B sales track record
* Worked with products for distribution in the mass retail space
* Have a network of contacts with consumer products sold into the large big box retailers across Europe.
* Additional languages to English would be advantageous but not essential

Do you have good technical knowledge of the gear associated with sailing?
Are you a strong salesman who can recommend the best products to potential and existing clients?

We have a great opportunity with a leading supplier to the chandlery industry. The business has been operational for over 80 years and started with innovative forward-thinking product development for this sector.

We are looking for a technical sales representative to be the expert in sailing gear to build relationships with existing and new clients/chandlers to educate them as well as build the revenue for the business.

This will be predominantly office based to start with, but you must also be flexible to travel for face to face meetings with the chandlers and demonstrate the value add and benefits of the product range.

Job requirements
*Plan business to deliver sales in accordance with pre-defined sales and distribution targets.
*Ensure timely receipt and entry of all pre-season orders to aid the buying process and maximise the company’s delivery performance.
*Visit assigned customers on a regular, appropriately scheduled basis, building long term business relationships.
*Identify, open and develop relevant prospective retail and corporate accounts, ensuring effective territory management and appropriate distribution spread.
*Pursue opportunities for at once / in season sales utilising daily at hand and forward stock information.
*Complete all necessary administration accurately and on time.
*Complete specified reporting – including weekly contact schedule, weekly sales report, quarterly report and any other ad hoc requirements
*Work closely with the marketing team to ensure the positive development, implementation and success of trade marketing campaigns consistent with the brand guidelines and strategic direction of the brand in the UK.
*Order book management: be completely conversant with current sales and order book status and assume responsibility from gaining orders through to fulfilment.

Attributes
*Proven track record in a sales role with experience of managing larger retailers in the consumer goods sector
*Sailing experience either as a hobby or previously sold these solutions
*Good technical knowledge of rigging boats and associated gear.
*Highly professional approach with a strong ability to communicate at all levels
*Highly proficient in quality client presentations, utilising technology, PowerPoint etc.
*Strong negotiator
*Highly competent IT skills with particular reference to monthly reporting and planning
*Proactive, self-motivated and enthusiastic

Outbound B2B Calls – Cold and Warm (3 months)

Outbound Business Sales Calls – 3 Month Contract

This is a 3 month temporary contract to work for a leading expanding business in Sussex. They are leaders in their field with a number of patented designs. They are expanding internationally through their ongoing success. We need someone experienced who can hit the ground running make B2B calls. Due to location you must have your own car.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
*To support our proactive and enthusiastic marketing team to update and enhance the current CRM system
*The focus will be quality and quantity of outgoing calls
*To follow a script to ascertain relevant contacts for accounts
*Complete all relevant fields of Microsoft Dynamics for reporting purposes
*Sort daily Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL’s) to ascertain whether a valid lead for sales
*Filter Sales Tool leads, follow up and raise activities for sales
*Ensure CRM data is updated post Email campaign
*Assisting with CPD and marketing admin as required
*To help develop product and market knowledge to aid promotion of the brand
*This is not a hard sell role, but you will be expected to develop the business and meet targets.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
*Minimum 6 months office based sales experience, preferably in a business to business environment
*Proficient with Microsoft Dynamics CRM system
*Skilled in the Microsoft Office Suite
*Accomplished at building rapport
*Self-motivated with a willingness to work on their own
*Maintain a customer focused approach at all times
*Takes ownership of actions
*Aptitude and past experience of the business environment is vital.
*A full clean driver’s license and vehicle is essential due to location of premises.

We are working with a business that produce and maintain specialist bespoke security products for industries across the UK.

They have a large office near Sidcup with 4 sales consultants who require assistance with the day to day running of the department.

You will be organising and co-ordinating the sales diaries, arranging site surveys and visits and making calls out to potential clients. You will need to be an extremely proactive individual.

A part of this role will be client facing too, so experience with presentations and meetings will be a plus.

The working hours are 7.45am through to 4.45pm with a free lunch provided by the office and 28 days holiday (Inc Bank Holidays).
