I am working with a leading manufacturing company near Broadstairs who are seeking an Ecommerce Development individual to join their team.

This role is to develop growth plans to sell the products on ecommerce platforms including marketing content, pricing and web development strategy, whilst providing focus and commercial support for the products range.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:
*Lead the effort to develop and implement plans to profitably grow ecommerce revenue
*Provide commercial support for business unit
*Monitor, manage and update all websites
*Provide literature support through advertising, brochures and targeted e-shot and mail campaigns
*Support new product launch plans online and through traditional channels
*Liaise with colleagues to write and promote case studies.
*Design and implement press releases
*Monitor PR activities, media and customer metrics to formulate growth plans.
*Provide customer service cover as and when required.

Skills required
*Graduate in business, economics, finance or similar field
*Knowledge of ecommerce platforms such as Amazon preferred
*Commercially astute with knowledge of basic finance/accounts functions
*Trained/experience with marketing techniques
*Experience using CMS
*Exceptional spelling and grammar

As a Sales Administrator within the Client Services team, you will be responsible for the day to day running of the agency new business pipeline, ensuring all client opportunities and projects are being accurately pursued and recorded on their new business software.

Working alongside the CEO and the Client Services team, who oversee all revenue and client relationships, you will be the heartbeat of the new business team, following up and arranging new business and pitch calls and appointments. It’s your role to help get them hyper organised and win as many high-quality opportunities as they can.

Success in the role will see you achieve a full pipeline of opportunities, of the leads that come into the agency directly, ensuring all tasks and expectations are being managed accurately. There is constant exposure to the SEO, Paid Search, and Paid Social teams, and most new business opportunities.

This is an ideal role for someone new to performance marketing who is looking to get involved in the agency space and understand the different elements of digital marketing and client relationships. You are not expected to find and win new opportunities on your own, but to help coordinate the responses to the many inbound opportunities they get. However, they anticipate that it won’t be long before you are following up on other opportunities, looking to stamp your mark and make them your own.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Working with the SEO, Paid Search, and Paid Social teams to ensure their pitch proposals are scheduled accordingly and followed up appropriately.
* Working with the agency teams and clients, to capture new client requirements and to help ensure new pitch meetings are scheduled correctly.
* Supporting and coordinating the pitch team, juggling diaries and appointments.
* Supporting on new opportunity communications and project milestones.
* Helping to pursue and win new opportunities.
* Being a trusted and friendly figurehead, both internally and externally.
* Developing your own new business relationships with prospects
* Hitting sales targets and benchmarks

KEY SKILLS
* Good digital marketing knowledge with SEO, Paid Search and Paid Social would be preferred but not essential.
* A natural communicator and leader of people, and people person capable of uniting a team towards a common goal.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
* A will to win and be the best
* Knowledge of Hubspot would be advantageous

This role is 100% remote, but they do advise they like people to come to the office in London once or twice a month. To ensure there is good team work they do also organise regular social events for the team to interact with each other.

We are seeking a motivated, outgoing, and confident sales consultant to drive sales for the business. As a sales consultant, you will act as a liaison between the business and the customer in order to establish trust, increase knowledge, and drive more sales for the company.

The Sales Consultant will be responsible for new business development, maximising sales opportunities, and customer service. Particular emphasis will be placed upon developing new business, utilising available intelligence, building relationships, influencing the decision-making process.

Duties
*Generating leads and turning them into opportunities for sales – for both inbound and outbound calls
*Contacting potential customers via telephone, email or social media
*Provide potential prospects and customers with information about the business, services and products
*Contribute to the customer experience by selling the story, inspiration whilst living the brand
*Building up a customer’s profile, collecting data to be used as part of the sales process
*Effectively promote products and help in the customers decision process of what brand, service or experience they are looking for
*Demonstrate a consultative and value add logic to optimise sales conversion
*Inputting data into a CRM and manage tools to schedule in follow up calls
*Working to KPI’s and revenue targets as set by the Sales Manager
*Identifying opportunities for new business within the market
*Paying attention to competitors and their activities within the industry
*Building long term relationships with new and existing customers
*Ensuring all administration relating to sales is completed effectively
*Working closely with other departments and finding opportunities to cross sell

Requirements
*Strong Sales and Customer Service background
*Research experience – ability to find innovative ways to engage with customers to drive sales
*Persistence – ability to remain driven and positive in the face of adversity
*Communication skills

*Ability to transition between outbound and inbound calls
*Proven ability to drive sales and generate new business
*Relevant industry experience ideally gained from a competitor business

*Microsoft Office
*Customer Relationship management software experience
*Working knowledge of online sales/e-commerce processes
