Trainee Collections Advisor

£16,000 – £20,000 + £400pcm OTE

We are working with a well established and friendly professional services firm who is looking for a consumer collections agent with call handling experience. In order to join this growing team, you will have customer services experience and a friendly phone manner.

Your duties will include speaking with and negotiating with the customer, receiving inbound and making outbound calls, updating the CRM system, maintaining diary notes and investigating cases to come to a decision that works for both parties.

The shift patterns are 8am to 4pm and 12pm to 8pm. Both shifts have a one hour lunch break.

Your skills base must include;

– Polite and friendly telephone etiquette
– Effective communication skills to negotiate positive outcomes
– Be able to build a rapport on the phone
– Customer focused
– Team work

You MUST have customer service/ call centre experience of some form.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record within a collections role with an understanding of FCA and TCF guidelines, however not essential as training will be given

A well- established Motor Insurance firm are currently seeking Claims Handlers for their First Response Unit for their office based in Liverpool (L2).

Job Role:
– Take full details of RTA claim
– Make liability judgements
– Promote services including: Hire and Repair
– Make referrals to third parties regarding property damage and personal injury

You must have:

– Persuasive, strong and confident communicator
– PC literate with excellent administration and processing skills
– Ability to work as a team

Salary on
offer is dependent on experience and will be offered accordingly. £16,000pa – £21,000PA

Benefits of the role include: Pension, Holiday (20 days minimum), Option to buy or sell up to 3 days holiday.

The role of the First Response Handler will be Monday – Friday 4.15pm – 12.15am. You will also work 1 in 3-weekend shifts and will be given days in lieu of this.

This is a 3 month temporary contract to work for a leading expanding business in Sussex. They are leaders in their field with a number of patented designs. They are expanding internationally through their ongoing success. We need someone experienced who can hit the ground running make B2B calls. Due to location you must have your own car.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
*To support our proactive and enthusiastic marketing team to update and enhance the current CRM system
*The focus will be quality and quantity of outgoing calls
*To follow a script to ascertain relevant contacts for accounts
*Complete all relevant fields of Microsoft Dynamics for reporting purposes
*Sort daily Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL’s) to ascertain whether a valid lead for sales
*Filter Sales Tool leads, follow up and raise activities for sales
*Ensure CRM data is updated post Email campaign
*Assisting with CPD and marketing admin as required
*To help develop product and market knowledge to aid promotion of the brand
*This is not a hard sell role, but you will be expected to develop the business and meet targets.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
*Minimum 6 months office based sales experience, preferably in a business to business environment
*Proficient with Microsoft Dynamics CRM system
*Skilled in the Microsoft Office Suite
*Accomplished at building rapport
*Self-motivated with a willingness to work on their own
*Maintain a customer focused approach at all times
*Takes ownership of actions
*Aptitude and past experience of the business environment is vital.
*A full clean driver’s license and vehicle is essential due to location of premises.

Role
To Co-ordinate the gas servicing appointments and breakdown for residents and assist in the smooth running of the office.

Responsibilities
*Take calls from residents and clients, assist and resolve queries
*Book appointments with residents for repairs, servicing and boiler replacement works
*Check diary to ensure all jobs are booked correctly, move work as necessary, rearrange work on diary in event of an emergency or engineers sickness
*Answer telephone calls/emails form tenants, engineers, housing officers and other client representatives
*Close down completed jobs and rebook where necessary
*Cover other co-ordinators tasks when they are on holiday or sick
*Work in a team environment with a positive flexible attitude; service orientated and customer focused
*First point of contact for clients and residents for telephone answering and identifying/determine next action
*Assist to maintain computerised database of reported and booked calls and ensure information is kept up to date
*Provide general administrative support for word processing various correspondence and documents, photocopying, filing, faxing and general office duties when required

Knowledge and experience
*Call centre or customer service experience essential
*Must have a professional telephone manner
*Good Word, Excel and CRM exposure
*Highly organised and able to prioritise
*Must have prior office based work experience
*Experience in the gas industry would be beneficial
*Ability to work as a team or on their own

Do you have previous claims handling experience? Do you have experience working in a veterinary or animal focused environment?

A well-known insurance firm based in Kings Hill requires experienced, call handlers with ideally a claims/insurance or veterinary background to work in their Pet protection team.

The role of the Claims Handler is to liaise with policyholders regarding their pet insurance and assisting with making a claim.

ROLE

The role of the Claims Handler is to liaise with policyholders regrading their pet insurance; and assisting them with making a claim.

On a day to day basis you will be:

– Answering incoming calls from policyholders looking to make a claim
– Providing customers with information regrading their level of cover
– Sending documents
– Using and updating the in-house system

CANDIDATE

– Strong Communicator – verbally and written
– IT literate
– Call handling experience
– Claims/ insurance handling experience
– Veterinary/ animal background
– 5 GCSE’s C or above

HOURS

Working hours for the claims handler are Monday – Friday 9.00am – 17.15pm

SALARY

The salary on offer will be given dependent on experience. Salary ranges between £18,000pa – £22,000pa
