HR Advisor

We are currently working with a National business who maintain and repair specialist equipment for multiple industry sectors.

Due to ongoing growth and success, they are currently seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join their established team.

The HR Advisor will work closely with the Group Head of HR and be responsible for case management, ad hoc projects, all advisory and admin tasks including – new starters, inductions, processing leavers, maintain absence records, create and maintain employee personnel files, assist with recruitment, schedule meetings/interviews, coordinate training sessions, deal with employee requests and assist with payroll.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate previous experience in an HR role, CIPD Level 3 or equivalent, excellent knowledge of IT (Word & Excel), customer service experience, experience in recruitment would be advantageous.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business that can offer ongoing progression and career development coupled with a competitive salary and benefits package. Hours will be Monday to Friday 8am-5pm.
