The company are a fast-growing eCommerce company supplying to over 250,000 customers. Having been operational for a couple of years their environmentally sustainable focus has given them a large market share in the UK, and they have started growing internationally.

The company currently use agencies to assist with their marketing needs as and when required. Due to their continued growth, and the need to react quickly with various campaigns, they are looking to bring more of this function in house. This will be a stand-alone so we need someone confident who can liaise with internal stakeholders and marketing agencies when required.

Key Duties/Responsibilities
*Provide consultative support across the organisation for all marketing communications activity.
*Upload product images and information to website and other sales channels.
*Using effective social media and SEO skills to increase traffic and conversion to channels.
*Provide literature support through advertising, brochures and targeted e-shot and mail campaigns.
*Support new product launch plans in conjunction with the managers.
*Liaise with colleagues to write and promote case studies where required,
*Design and implement press releases with approval from the relevant managers.
*Monitor the effectiveness of PR activities, media and PR metrics to update managers on the effectiveness of the campaign.
*Be a point of contact at events and conferences
*Collate, document and circulate a weekly update of business successes and challenges
*Update all strategic marketing plans by liaising with the Managers.

Experience
*Either a marketing graduate or CIM qualified individual is needed.
*Experience working in a fast-paced B2C environment is essential
*Exposure to the FMCG/eCommerce or similar sector is required.
*Knowledge of Photo/Picture editing software beneficial.
*Excellent copywriting skills – strong grammar and spelling essential
*SEO exposure required
*Experience with a CMS required
*Design experience would be a good addition – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc.
*PPC knowledge beneficial
*Experience with Social Media channels to increase traffic required
*Knowledge and experience with advertising on sales channels would be beneficial.

Summary
To provide marketing services within the business with a strong focus on growing the company’s Amazon sales channels and increasing traffic and revenue via the website.

The Company
The company are a leading international manufacturing and distribution company. They are investing heavily in new equipment with big growth plans, as well as investing in their staff with a budget towards training and development.

Key Duties/Responsibilities
*Provide consultative support across the organisation for all marketing communications activity.
*Upload product images and information to Amazon channels and website.
*Using effective social media and SEO skills to increase traffic and conversion to channels.
*Provide literature support through advertising, brochures and targeted e-shot and mail campaigns.

Experience

*Experience working with an eCommerce site/retail business preferred.
*Excellent copywriting skills – strong grammar and spelling essential
*SEO exposure required
*Experience with a CMS required
*Design experience would be a good addition – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc.
*PPC knowledge beneficial
*Experience with Social Media channels to increase traffic required
*Knowledge and experience with advertising on Amazon channels would be preferred.
