CRM Manager

We are currently recruiting for a leading online casino software developer who produce unparalleled games and technologies, comprehensive management tools, sophisticated ePayment integration systems and turn-key solutions for the iGaming industry.

Due to ongoing growth, they are currently seeking a CRM Manager to join their team.

Reporting to the Belgian Country Manager, the main purpose of this role is to manage the casino marketing team as well as all aspects related to the CRM and marketing activities of a well-established casino product.

Responsibilities will include:

*Planning all retention marketing campaigns and promotions for the casino product, together with the marketing and design team (emails, newsletters, SMS, push, social, website etc.).
*Monitoring all aspects of the customer journey, from acquisition to retention.
*Planning and creating social media retargeting and acquisition campaigns.
*Working closely with the acquisition teams; PPC and affiliation.
*Creating KPI and campaign specific reporting and analysis on weekly basis.
*Benchmarking of Belgian competitors on a regular basis.
*Other marketing duties as and when required, both online and offline.

The ideal candidate will have:

*At least 2 years experience in a similar role, ideally in online gaming.
*Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
*Excellent English skills, French and/or Dutch an advantage.
*Experience in working with marketing segmentation tools.
*Experience with customer loyalty programs an advantage.
*Basic HTML knowledge.
*The ability to work entirely on their own initiative to deliver objectives as agreed.

Customer Service Advisor

Our client is and established and growing company with smart offices in Tunbridge Wells. Due to a new project, an urgent requirement has arisen in their Call Centre to hire a number of temps to start in April.

You will be responsible for:

Calling customers to get their thoughts on the recent promotion material they’ve been sent.
Logging the outcome on a spreadsheet and database.
Responding to any queries.

Candidates that apply must be able to start in April and ideally have some previous Customer Service experience. You should be polite and professional on the phone and happy making a number of outbound calls each day.
