IT Helpdesk & Data Administrator

We are currently working with a leading Business Advisory Service based in Kings Hill, Kent.

Due to ongoing growth, they are currently seeking an experienced IT Helpdesk & Data Administrator to join their established team.

The IT Helpdesk & Data Administrator will be responsible for accurately administering business data between internal registers and various IT tools and applications (including Office 365 and MS Dynamics 365 CRM).

The role will be part of the IT team and you will collaborate closely with other departments in the business.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate previous experience and a strong understanding of IT platforms including Office 365 admin centre, Office Suite applications and Dynamics 365 CRM. Experience working with a Helpdesk ticket system and an understanding of security solutions such as 2FA. You will have a keen eye for detail and excellent organisational skills. You will be process driven and thorough in every task you undertake. Ideally you will have at least 2 years’ experience in the IT sector.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business that can offer ongoing career progression and development. Hours for this role will be Monday to Friday 8.30am-5pm.
