We are currently working with a leading FMCG business based in Paddock Wood.
Due to growth, they are seeking a Digital Marketing Assistant to support the ongoing direct sales of products and customer knowledge through digital campaigns and email marketing. This is a varied role as it will support all aspects of digital marketing, with opportunities to get involved in a range of projects, learn new skills and have creative input. This is a new role for the Company and would suit an individual with some experience and focus to shape and deliver successful marketing campaigns to targeted audiences.
Responsibilities will include:
Plan and execute successful email marketing campaigns for sales clients across email, social media, newsletter adverts and sponsored content channels
Create and plan social media posts in line with campaigns and product focus
Update and improve, to a high standard, various scheduled and ongoing reporting documents including weekly statistics report
Monitor advertising and provide accurate reporting for ROI
Source and edit high quality images using image manipulation software
Support Digital Marketing in creation of marketing emails in CRM system
Set up online webinars on platforms such as Teams or Zoom
Create social media posts for various campaigns or brands
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:
Ideally, educated to degree level in Marketing and Communications
Experience of running and monitoring marketing campaigns
Highly organised, self-motivated and able to work individually and as part of a team
Understanding of the basic digital marketing principles including email and social media marketing
Excellent Microsoft Office skills
Good organisational skills and ability to manage varied job list
Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Ability to work creatively and professionally within a small team
A good eye for design is desirable
A genuine passion for digital marketing, technology and user experience
