We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Finance Administrator to join a market-leading company based in the Maidstone area.
You will be joining a friendly, hard-working team on a 4-month fixed-term contract basis to assist with an increase in workload.
– Processing supplier invoices and payments
– Fleet administration
– Administration of speeding fines and penalty charge notices
– Expenses and credit card administration
– General office support – ordering stationery, uniforms, and supplies
– Strong administration skills
– Previous experience working in a busy office environment
– Good communication skills
– Organised, efficient, and self-motivated
– Computer literate – Sage desirable
