Temporary Receptionist/Administrator

We are currently seeking a Receptionist/Administrator to work on a temporary basis starting immediately up until Christmas, potentially longer. The role will be based just outside of Maidstone.

The Receptionist/Administrator will be responsible for:

Answering and screening calls
Greeting visitors
Monitoring and responding to emails
Booking couriers
Arranging meetings
Liaising with various departments
Filing and scanning
Sending and distributing post
Data entry
Other ad hoc admin duties as requested

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate experience working as a Receptionist with strong administration skills.

This is a temporary assignment to start week commencing 23rd November up until Christmas, potentially longer. Hours can be flexible but ideally either 8am-5pm or 7am-4pm Monday to Friday. Salary will be £9 per hour.
