We are currently working with a reputable and established Insurance company to join their Project Management team in their modern Kings Hill offices.

Due to ongoing growth, they are currently seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join their experienced team.

The Business Analyst will work within the Project Management team as a major contributor to the implementation of change and project delivery across the business.

Responsibilities will include:

*Thoroughly understand the needs of the business and develop technical solutions to
help meet those needs.
* Work closely with the Project Management and Development teams to implement
effective business process modelling and workflow structures
*Evaluate and analyse business processes using all available data.
*Build solid relationships with key business stakeholders
*Liaise with third parties where relevant to devise solutions, highlighting any
opportunities or risks with the proposed recommendation.
*Identify areas of improvement within the current applications and business practices
used
*Work closely with the Project Manager to prioritise deliverables.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:

* Experience working as a Business Analyst
*Experience of customer interfacing, project oversight and customer presentation
*Knowledge of broking system integration projects
*Knowledge of data analysis tools, modelling techniques and methods
*Ability to translate technical requirements to the business and confident dealing
with varying levels of stakeholders
* Previous experience working in a conveyancing/ insurance environment

£38,000 – £42,000 + Benefits

Help Desk Support – French

French Speaking Help Desk Support Person

We have an excellent opportunity for a French Speaking Help Desk Support Person to join a market leading company based in London. You will be joining a friendly, hard-working team, have the opportunity to grow and develop within the business and be a valued/ key member of staff.

Key responsibilities:
Key contact role providing all aspects of technical support to VIP clients in your market. Providing customers with successful interactions, even if the problem cannot be solved, going the extra mile to make things happen is vital to this role.

*Responding to all client service queries to agreed SLAs / KPIs for inbound channels
*Provide accounts with support and training via preferred channel
*Effectively use Contact Centre technology and Salesforce to record and report on queries
*Identify, provide solutions on all issues that arise
*Proactively manage own workload and escalate to 2nd Level support / CRE team in line with department procedures
*Assist all relevant teams with projects/tasks where necessary, this includes the 1st line support team, groups support where required
*Proactively develop skills and knowledge through the effective use of systems
*Communicating with various internal departments and the team in India to resolve client queries
*Attend daily stand-ups with the team, to provide information on your daily and weekly workload
*Present monthly workload report, number of customers, number of support queries, overview of top interactions
*Update the in-house CRM system with all customer correspondence
*Proactively work to retain clients through effective client support and follow up
*Proactively log client and product information
*Assist the accounts team with proactive calls to our groups / casual chains, to undertake courtesy calls and measure site satisfaction

Required skills and experience:
The ideal candidate will have

*Proven Customer Service experience (at least 2 years in a contact centre helpdesk environment)
*Previous IT technical helpdesk experience would be beneficial
*Self-starter with a good work ethic, able to work independently or as part of a team
*Extremely organised with good time management skills and attention to detail
*Service-minded
*Experience of dealing with demanding customers
*A hands-on problem solver, resilient, proactive mindset, with the ability to handle customer objections/complaints
*An excellent team player, flexible approach to differing work tasks and fluctuating priorities
*A good communicator, with excellent use of verbal and written English/Market language
*Able to absorb and explain information clearly to others

Full Stack Web Developer

An international not for profit organisation are looking for a Full Stack Web Developer to join their close-knit team based in a large east Kent town. This role will give you the freedom to work on a wide range of digital initiatives and transactional websites that securely integrate with one or more external systems, using a mix of client-side and server-side technologies and data formats. Most of your work will be focused on both building and maintaining web solutions, which are based in C# .Net and utilise the Umbraco CMS.

In addition to ongoing development work, you will also work on projects as initiated by
the Senior Team, in line with strategic priority areas. You will work
alongside our digital agency, as our in-house developer, ensuring that their front-end
work is published on the site.

EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE

Work with an outside agency design team to implement designs targeting a variety of mobile, tablet and desktop devices.
Use a mix of open-source libraries, as well as versioning tools such as Git.
Experience in project management.
Experience of liaising effectively with colleagues, building good, constructive working relationships; committed to working as part of a team.
Experience of work requiring fast and efficient practices whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Experience with C#.
Be comfortable working with JSON, XML, CSV and other common data formats.
Experience with Adobe Creative.
Develop using Microsoft SQL Server.
Real world experience of building and maintaining Umbraco websites.
An eye for detail and high-quality standards.
Demonstrable experience in integrating sites with external systems.
Experience in operating a database and CRM system.
Be comfortable with asynchronous coding techniques

Netsuite Implementation Consultant (temporary)

Netsuite Implementation Consultant

Our client is a fast expanding business based just South of Horsham who have recently merged with another growing organisation.

As a result of the merge they have implemented a number of new systems and processes, one of these being Netsuite.

The initial implementation has been done, and we are looking for a consultant/expert user, to come on board as a contractor to assist with ironing out the glitches and to get everything operating to the optimal capacity and in the right way for the business.

Most of the work will be of a technical nature, but we also need someone who can understand the functionality required by the users, and liaise with them to ensure they have a full understanding of the limitation of the systems and how it operates.

With other sites across Kent and Sussex you will also need to be flexible to travel if required, but you will be based out of Horsham the majority of the time.

This will be an on-going rolling contract until the work is sufficiently completed and pay is dependent on experience.

Working hours tend to be Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm, but there could be some flexibility for the right person.
