KHR is currently assisting a leading National FMCG business based near Maidstone who is looking to hire an experienced Reporting and Systems Support

A successful candidate will be good at interacting with people and understanding their requirements, have good SQL knowledge and ideally some knowledge of Prophet.
The learning curve will be steep, and there is a broad set of knowledge to pick up, but it is a fun and rewarding industry to work in for an inquisitive individual.

Your job will be split between two main areas. For half your time you will be working with the users with reports, understanding their needs and developing solutions to these requirements. For the rest of your time you will be working through the support desk, working with the systems team to resolve user problems with business systems.

Duties
*Report definition, creation & implementation
*Responsible for reporting environment & report development process
*Daily work on support system to resolve outstanding queries
*Work within systems team to support and document existing and new workflows
*Advocate good BI design and usage within the business
*Actively moving users from data heavy reports to aggregated dashboards
*Some data analysis work
*Active problem solving
*End-user system support for supply base
*Phone cover one week-end in ten with ad-hoc evening support during cover week. Small chance of having to attend site out of hours for emergencies.

Requirements
*Experience in a similar FMCG industry
*Data analysis
*Experience of database technologies beneficial – particularly SQL querying
*Report writing (PowerQuery in Excel as an example)
*Excel Macro / VBA knowledge
*If you have knowledge of Prophet this would be preferred
*Excellent communicator
*Highly numerate
*Autodidactic
*Creative thinker with strong problem solving skills
*Logical & systematic
*Full, clean driving licence
*Willingness to work occasional unsocial hours

Key responsibilities
*A proven track record of driving results through PPC.
*2 years’ minimum PPC campaign management experience working with Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads and LinkedIn Ads, either working within an agency or in-house.
*Excellent understanding of how to apply different PPC strategies and tactics to varied client briefs and challenges.
*Excellent understanding of current PPC techniques and methods.
*Ability to think creatively to deliver the best results to client briefs.
*Thorough understanding of Google Analytics and other PPC research tools.
*Diplomatic and persuasive interpersonal skills.
*Excellent understanding of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
*Excellent attention to detail.
*Excellent analytical skills and able to articulate clearly.
*Confident with a can-do attitude.
*Strong organisational skills and initiative.
*Methodical way of working and ability to prioritise.

This role is 100% remote, but they do advise they like people to come to the office in London once or twice a month. To ensure there is good team working they do also organise regular social events for the team to interact with each other.

Our client based near Orpington is seeking an Analyst with excellent Python skills.

This position will be focused on undertaking stocks and shares research, evaluating algorithmic trading models and developing trading strategies. If you join this business you will be looking at financial results, market prices, and industry factors that may affect the price of a company’s stock and using this data to develop trading models.

Full training in trading analysis methods will be given and previous experience of stocks and shares trading is not essential, but would be advantageous.

Requirements
*Minimum of 18 months of industry experience in Python
*Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
*Strong background/education in Mathematics, Computer Science or Quantitative finance
*Strong ability to combine data science with statistics
*Strong written and oral skills, ability to explain modelling results to non-technical audiences
*Experience in stock, investments, financial markets preferred

Due to ongoing growth, they are currently seeking a Publishing Copy Controller & Design Executive to join their team based in Ashford.

The role requires excellent time management and organisation, good interpersonal skills and would appeal to a University graduate with design skills wanting to start a career in publishing.

Reporting to (and working closely with) the Production & Design Manager, you will be part of a busy production and design department within a close and dedicated team.

Responsibilities – You will look after the copy chasing and ensure deadlines are met working within the time frames set by your Manager. Working across a portfolio of magazines and digital publications, you should be able to manage multiple projects from outset to completion with an eye for detail and meeting set deadlines.

* Work with a production team assisting the Production & Design Manager to ensure all copy is chased and all deadlines are met for a busy publishing house.
* Liaise with clients to chase advertising copy, by phone and email and update database.
* Check advertising copy thoroughly.
* Proof and check pages before going to press.
* Ensure schedules are managed and met, accommodating changes to schedules if necessary.
* Work within a small but dynamic team to produce magazines from outset to completion.
* Have an excellent telephone manner.

Candidate Profile –
* Excellent English written and verbal skills
* Must be able to work in a highly-pressurised, fast paced environment
* Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
* Experience with Indesign and Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat
* Knowledge of both Macs and PCs
* Ability to prioritise, organise workload, manage multiple tasks and problem solve concurrently
* Ability to stay calm under pressure
