A leading company near Blackheath are looking to recruit a number of individuals within their technical support team:
*1st line support
*2nd line support
*3rd line support
*Helpdesk Manager

As a service support assistant you’ll work in a team responsible for delivering a high quality support service to users of all levels on a variety of IT issues including Office365, Windows, Office Suite, VMware, Azure, AWS, Cloud Services, Networking and Wifi.

As a 1st/2nd Line Service Desk Analyst, you will be organised, focused and accurate. Strong communication and problem solving skills will be key, as will be the ability to prioritise your workload.

As 3rd line support you need to have a strong hands on technical ability across all software and be flexible to travel when needed.

All candidates must demonstrate initiative and problem solving skills, combined with a focus on customer service. You should be passionate about meeting user’s requirements, using the right resources and applying insight to help meet their needs. In return, you will get to work with a wide range of technologies alongside a friendly and dedicated team, in a great environment.

Responsibilities include:
*Working on the service desk receiving and resolving support calls & emails, or being hands on assisting with these technical issues at desk side.
*Troubleshooting problems
*Providing work-arounds and solutions to get users working quickly
*Escalating advanced issues to the next level of support
*Keeping users up to date on the progress of their issues.
*Technologies supported include :
oMicrosoft Operating Systems
oAnd many others…
