An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and hardworking individual to join a friendly established company based in the heart of the West End as an Accounts Assistant.
As the Accounts Assistant, your role will be to support the Manager assisting with the administration of Bookkeeping, assisting with management of facilities, health and safety and a variety of ad-hoc duties.
oBookkeeping: Processing (Sage 50) – invoice management, posting to purchase and sales ledger
oReconciliations – Office accounts, petty cash and expenses
oUpdating budgets and costs
oAssisting with preparation of quarterly management accounts
oAssisting with management of facilities, health and safety, stationery orders, ad-hoc duties as required
oGood SAGE line 50 (or equivalent) experience
oEfficient and accurate numeracy skills
oStrong organisational, writing and communication skills
oProficiency in Word and Excel
oStrong attention to detail
oComfortable working in a small team
oFlexible working attitude
This is an exceptional opportunity, as in-house training will be giving to the right candidate on their bespoke management (Bookkeeping experience, client payments, royalties and mid-level processing experience would beneficial).
