My client is looking for an Administrator to join their established team in the Tonbridge area. You will work closely with the Corporate Team to support the office with all administrative tasks. This is an exciting opportunity to work for an internationally recognised high-end retailer.
You will be a highly organised individual, have a friendly and professional manner and demonstrate excellent customer service to clients. You will have the ability to use your own initiative and prioritise all tasks you are assigned.
Responsibilities of the Corporate Sales Administrator will include, yet not be limited to:
*Input customer data on various portals
*Manage a busy shared inbox as well as your own
*Book deliveries directly with delivery companies
*Answer all incoming calls answering general enquiries
*Update the manufacturing system
*Register new vehicles
*All other general administrative duties as required
*Excellent customer service skills
*The ability to use your initiative
*A self starter
*Excellent verbal communication skills
*The ability to work well with others
This is a full-time, office based role. Office hours are Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm.
