Administrative Assistant (Payroll Team)
Immediate start – rolling temporary assignment
Fully remote working (Kent-based candidates only)
Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm
Great rates of pay + holiday, full remote working, and equipment provided
You will be required to work in the office for the first two weeks for training.
We are looking for 2 x Payroll Administrators to provide efficient and effective payroll administrative support working from home.
You will deal with confidential and sensitive matters, ensuring all data is handled securely in accordance with General Data Protection requirements.
Can navigate multiple systems
Good partnership working with managers and colleagues
Ability to be extremely accurate, detailed and confidential
Ability to be organised, deliver to tight deadlines and work under pressure
Ability to carry out tasks with a customer focus approach
Ability to learn quickly
Good IT skills including word, excel and ideally experience navigating a HR/Payroll system or similar
Ability to be self-motivated
