My client based near Swanley, Kent is looking for a full time administrator to join their small and friendly team.
Own transport is essential for this role.
– Answering the telephone in a professional manner
– Diary management
– Filing, scanning and organising files
– Ordering office stationery
– Producing company documents
– Processing orders
– Dealing with any customer queries
– Update company databases and systems
– Liaise with management team and colleagues
– Monday – Friday
– 8:30 – 17:00
– 20 days holiday
– Free parking
