Business Analyst/ Modelling

Duties will include:
*Ensuring the integrity and quality of the services is at the highest possible standard.
*Working with external agencies to deliver the optimal mix of customers for the business.
*Providing/supporting inventory allocation change recommendations
*Collating various relevant statistics and producing adhoc reports – as and when requested
*Supporting the Director in the development of departmental reporting and modelling
*Analysing and providing reports for the benefit of local management in order to aid decision making.
*Ability to challenge and critique existing practices as well as developing new proposals
Skills and Experience
*At least degree-level qualification in a relevant subject or at two years or more experience in a commercial analyst / management role.
*A proven record of delivering high standards of data analysis and business modelling
*Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
*Microsoft Office -Word/ PowerPoint/ Outlook
*Business Intelligence – Business Objects
*Ability to handle pressure and to work calmly in a pressurised environment
*A team player, flexible in nature (friendly & personable manner) – calm, courteous & polite
*Self-starter with organisational skills able to manage their own workload.
*Excellent oral and written communication skills
This position will be office-based Monday-Friday 40 hours per week. You will need to be flexible to travel to other UK offices and European locations as and when needed.
