Are you currently looking for a position in Motor Claims? Do you have experience handling third party claims?

A well- established Motor Insurance firm are currently seeking Third Party Claims Negotiators for their office in Sevenoaks. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to join a reputable and growing firm that focuses on developing their employees and providing a quality service.

Purpose of the Role:

-To effectively manage a portfolio of motor claims encompassing third party property damage, credit hire and accident damage from infancy through to settlement.
-Validate claims with application of fraud and indemnity knowledge.
-Expertly assess all aspect of the claim to achieve lowest possible claims spend.
-Exhaust all investigation avenues to facilitate accurate and prompt assessment of liability -Provide excellent service to all stakeholders  Contribute towards continuous improvement with the generation of ideas.
-Ensure that indemnity spend is minimised with application of effective liability decision making and commercial considerations.
-Application of accurate reserves in line with company guidelines.

The ideal candidate will meet all or a majority of the following criteria:

– Motor claims experience
– Third party personal injury or property damage experience
– Attention to detail
– Strong customer service skills
– Persuasive, strong and confident communicator
– PC literate with excellent administration and processing skills

Salary on offer is dependent on experience, role and location and will be offered accordingly.

Third Party Personal Injury Claims Negotiator- Based in Sevenoaks – £21,000 – £27,000 – Mon – Fri 9am – 5pm.

Third Party Property Damage Claims Negotiator – Based in Sevenoaks – £18,000 – £22,000 – Mon – Fri 9am – 5pm.

Benefits of the role include: Pension, Holiday (20 days minimum), 10% bonus (DOE and applicable after completion of probation), Option to buy or sell up to 3 days holiday.
