Client Services / Administrator
We are working with an established medium sized business in the residential and commercial transaction space. The business operates across UK and Europe and is continuing to grow. They are seeking an experience Client Services Administrator to join their business and assist with their continued high level of client services.
All duties and responsibilities must be carried out in accordance with the company’s procedures, within agreed authority limits and in compliance with the companies’, regulations and codes of practice and include but are not limited to;
*Client services functions as required.
oWebsite, telephone queries & registrations
oFull search orders, drafting
oGeneral Administration and data entry tasks
*The candidate will need to be well spoken, well presented, extremely organised and precise
*Good attention to detail
*Excellent telephone manner
*At least A-Level or equivalent qualification required.
*Must have some office experience on telephone and drafting e-mails and letters to clients.
*People from a law or insurance background would be preferred but not essential
This is an initial 6 month contract with a potential extension
