An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Mortgage Compliance Officer to join an established, successful and growing company, based within distance to Maidstone. The purpose of the role will be to take on the responsibility of the compliance for mortgages.
– The role would be to develop, initiate, maintain, and revise policies and procedures for the general operations of the Compliance Program and its related activities to prevent illegal, unethical, or improper conduct.
– Manage day-to-day regulatory operations.
– Develops and periodically reviews and update Standards of Conduct to ensure continuing currency and relevance in providing guidance to management and employees.
– Act as an independent review and evaluation body.
Experience within the mortgage sector.
Experience of auditing files and reporting.
Good relationship building skills.
