If so this Credit Control/ Recoveries Manager position maybe the opportunity for you.

At present a reputable motor claims management company based in Sidcup are seeking an experienced claims professional to join and lead their established team as a Credit Control/ Recoveries Manager.

The Role

Working in a demanding and fast paced environment, you will report directly to the Managing Director and tasked with delivering prompt cash recoveries in line with specific targets by managing the recoveries team which includes a proportion of debt in litigation.

– People Management
– Debtor Book Management
– Credit Hire
– Reporting

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will meet all of or a majority of the following criteria:

-3+ years’ experience in a similar position
-6 years’ experience within a credit control department
-Proven track record of managing a large debtor book in excess of £5m
-Demonstrable leadership qualities, including but not limited to, motivational
skills, cash recovery strategies and excellent people management skills
-Be able to prioritise and be self-motivated
-Will be confident in making decisions and addressing fellow employees at all levels
whether it be face to face, by telephone or by email
-Have excellent organisation and communication skills.

Offer & Package

In return a basic salary of £30,000 – £35,000pa will be offered.

Hours of Work

Monday to Friday 9.00am – 17.00pm
