Customer Care & Order Management Executive
Near Snodland
Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week
Competitive Salary, dependent on experience

A well established and growing international manufacturing company offering a niche product range are seeking an experienced Customer Care & Order Management Executive to join their business.

This will be to look after the sales order process for dedicated territories from initial entry into the booking system through to delivery to the customer. You will be responsible for helping maintain relationships with customers by understanding their requirements and exceeding their expectations. Previous experience in a similar role is essential as is a customer centric approach to your work ethic.

*Handle incoming client enquiries (phone and email) – new orders, amendments, lead times, delays, complaints
*Requesting new account set ups and liaising with finance to ensure credit limits are set accordingly.
*Raising ‘Sample’ orders
*Entering orders onto the system
*Chase clients or the sales team for any outstanding details holding orders back
*Ensuring all orders have been updated with notes/email correspondence attached to orders
*Creating new part requests
*Stock checks for both orders and internal customers
*Emailing Sales Acknowledgements for orders
*Providing accurate updates to customers in relation to their order status

*Proven experience in a customer facing position – A* customer service skills are essential
*Previous experience in either a B2B sales support, account management and order processing role would be preferred.
*Excellent organisation & MS office skills (Intermediate Microsoft Excel)
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Ability to prioritise urgent and important work over non urgent or important tasks
*QuickBooks experience essential
