Customer Service Advisor
£25k plus Bens

My client specialises in installing and servicing boilers and they require a technical customer service advisor to join the team due to continuous growth.

What they are looking for:

They have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Advisor with a proactive, solution-seeking mindset to join the team in Sevenoaks. Your main duties will be to assist the team of engineers with all technical help they require (full training provided) and to organise the service engineers’ day as efficiently as possible.


– Give consumer technical/service advice on the telephone to our customers.
– Organise and arrange Service Engineer/Agent call-outs as necessary and ensure all
information is recorded on their systems.
– Check the previous history on calls and ensure all paperwork is complete.
– Pursue Engineer/Service Agents where necessary to ensure the customer is contacted withinspecified times.
– Follow-up on problem customers through Engineer/Service Agents to ensure call-out has been completed and problem solved.
– Recognise and report extreme/genuine complaint cases and escalate them to the Helpline Supervisor.
– Respond to customer letters/emails providing appropriate technical/service advice.
– Check reports and clear invoices on the computer.


– At least 1 years of experience within a call centre environment or similar;
– Experience in multi tasking and needing to be extremely organised;
– Skilled at problem-solving;
– Excellent telephone manner;
– Excellent communication skills;
– Enjoy working in a fast paced environment;
– Team Player.
