An established financial services firm is looking for an enthusiastic customer service representative with call handling and retail banking experience. In order to join this growing team, you will have excellent customer service skills and a friendly phone manner.
Your duties will include speaking with customers and delivering an efficient and effective service to exceed expectations consistently. You will be receiving inbound and
making outbound calls regarding banking queries, actively promoting products and services, maintaining customer notes and adhoc duties as required.
The ideal candidate will be able to clearly demonstrate the presence of core competencies with regards to:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a retail banking call handling roles with experience in building customer relationships and managing customers expectations.
You must be articulate, literate & numerate with excellent computer skills.
